I travel quiet a bit with my husband and by myself across tx because of our jobs..every other location it is a breeze ,friendly, not judgemental very pleasant..every single time I come here i have issues..the app provides the opportunity for you to add your barcode to your google/applepay..doing this they whisper and almost always argues about my method of payment..please train all employees on all methods of redemption/payments for showers..I work too hard and long to be hassled over a shower in the middle of no where

Checked into the shop for a simple refer battery and after 24 hours they had not touched it. Talked to them the next morning and said that there road calls came first. Only one person an do it. They need more techs or something

Excellent staff...i was blow away with what I saw here..team work at its max!!! Everyone stepping in to help each other to get us out and running...I cant say I had ever seen a team like this one pulling together....ladies in office going out of their way to help out in the bays with organizing the tires that had been unloaded and what have you no matter how hot and humid it was, but yet answering phone calls and attending other drivers as they walked in...great team players...

DO NOT STOP HERE if you need work done to your truck. They will have you sitting here for 9+ hours. The worst location I’ve been thus far being a trucker.

Don’t ever come to this Loves!!!!! It took a complete 7 hours hours for 1 trailer tire and a mud flap to be replaced. I waited 4 hours to get a bay. There was only 2 trucks ahead of me. Once I was assigned a bay, it took a full 3 hours to get the service done. The technicians aren’t bothered at all and they all look like they hate their job. Throughout this i constantly asked what’s the delay and I just kept getting vague excuses.

We needed a place to boondock for the night on our RV trip. We pulled in at 10pm, exhausted and ready for bed. Truck parking was limited and full. They were cool and let us park in the McDonald's parking lot!
