Bought a BRAND NEW commercial grade weedeater from Stihl from this dealership and it broke within less than 10 hours of use. Took it in to get it fixed because it still has warranty on it. Service told me it would be done at the earliest the following week. Fast forward to the next week after they said they would take a look at it and they said they haven’t even looked at it yet. 3 weeks and counting I have received 0 calls or updates on it. I had to go to another dealership and buy another weed-eater because they wouldn’t get stuff done on time! As I’m writing this review I HAVE STILL RECEIVED 0 CALLS OR UPDATES. Absolutely ridiculous service to customers.

Tabatha was absolutely amazing, a professional and dedicated with customer service skills far beyond what you would expect at a John Deere dealership. This was my first purchase and I could not get off work in time to make it to the dealership during their open hours. I reached out in an email and told her what I needed and asked for her advice. She promptly wrote back with some options and after a few messages she mentioned a trade in that they received that fit my needs and my budget. I was ready to buy it aight unseen but she went out and took photos and recorded video for inspection and demonstration. I bought it and had it delivered. It was exactly what was described and I could not be happier. This is where I will buy all of my John Deere implements, parts and accessories and will be where all of my service will be performed. Thank you Tabatha, blessings to you and your loved ones and thank you to the people that had the vision to offer her the position.

We use y’all for our John Deere needs and yearly check ups on our equipment. Please please bring back mobile check ups! It was amazing and worth it. What a pain to wait and not have our equipment when we need it. Loved that service. Thank you

I left a review prior to this cause I was very upset with my purchase and the way this specific location handled the issues. I think I just got a machine that wasn’t inspected properly from manufacture. The issues I had, have happened within under a 100 hours on a 331G. While it has been a nightmare and slowed down productivity, and cost me many down time hours, Anna is the one who has reached out to me personally and done everything she could do to make things right. When you spend the time and money on a machine you expect it to be able to perform many hours before any serious Issues. Thankfully there are a few that care about the product they are selling and Anna is one of them. So thank you for seeing my issues and addressing them.

I applied for a job there just before the pandemic. I contacted the Sales Manager in a text that had run on sentences. My résumé had a few misspelled words which I did not catch nor did spellcheck. Now that I look back I am glad that I was not offered the job because of simple mistakes I sell an estimated 15 tractors a month by myself. I made $150,000 last year selling for their competitor.I am a Mahindra Tractor Salesman since 2015. Their loss. Thank you
