I’ve been getting mail delivered from this post office since I was a kid- and I haven’t had an issue until now! And Lo and behold, Miss Lisa and her team are absolutely on top of it. My package was recovered and delivered to me the very next day after it was misdelivered. We all make mistakes, but a nearly 16 year track record of spotless service with only one mishap that was immediately resolved? Well, I’d say that’s stellar!

Horrible.. I never get my packages.they won't deliver to my home or drop at the mailbox on the main road where they insist my mailbox be. . they are always closed when I get off work can't go at lunch it closed. On Sundays however the mail truck goes up and down my road doing side work.. worst postal experience EVER
But wait it just got worse.. now I can't pick up my packages on Saturday either..

I am not entirely sure why the reviews are so bad. Not only this is my closest post office, but also my go-to because I have never had any issues (compared to the ones in Justin and Roanoke). My packages are shipped quickly and with no issue. I am always in and out in a jiffy, no lines or delays. The woman that works there (don’t really know her name but I’ve seen her often), is friendly and helpful. I’ve experienced real bad treatment at other locations, not on this one.

I've had mail put in neighbors mailboxs even though all of our mailboxes are clearly marked with our numbers.i have a packaged that was
said delivered and has never shown up.the supplier had to give me a refund.i was told by the postal service that you have to fill a form out and then they will get back to you so I just asked for a refund.the mail carrier on our route also hit my neighbors mailbox and bent it right in front of me and him while dropping the mail off.he filed a complaint about it.For such a small office there should be better quality of service.if they are short handed then they need to hire more help.there is no excuse for missing mail once it makes it to the local post office.there is no excuse for mail being put in the wrong mailboxes.

I dont understand this location. I have been living in Rhome since 2006. For the past year I have not been recieving mail I should be. Ive spoken to Grant where he had me fill out form like I am a new resident. That did not help. This was several months ago. I went back to try to resolve the issue to no help. Now, Ive contacted the office of the Inspector General, still havent recieved my mail. I was informed by the IG that Rhome Post Office had marked my address as vacant. Somehow they have the authority to do that though I am still here paying my bills. My DL has been shipped to my house three times and returned to the post office before I ever see it. Now it is costing me time and money I dont have to try to resolve this issue. Sure. They put on a friendly face when I approached them. That amounts to a hill of beans when for nearly a whole year I have not recieved mail I know was shipped. At least comp a post office box being that this is yalls fault and I can not get mail.

Wish I could give negative stars! The worst!! They lost a package and they couldn't careless. Beware this place if you care about your mail.

Excellent service and handling of my mail. I can go in there and get treated friendly and with a smile. If I have any issues they get taken care of promptly and in a timely manner.

This post office is very unprofessional! Johnny called after a claim was filed for missing mail. His attitude was so female like it was unnecessary for him/her to call back cause the issue is still unresolved. If I could give 0 stars I would.
