I had a very smooth, hassle-free RV buying experience at Rendel. Colton and Dan, the sales guys were knowledgeable no-pressure resources who didn't try to sell me add-ons I didn't need. Very satisfied with the experience and I'd recommend this place to family and friends.

Rendel Rv was the only place that didn't try to upgrade us to a mansion on wheels, they actually listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect tiny trailer, making our purchase a no-brainer, unlike the other dealers who seemed to think we wanted to live in a camper full-time.

Talked with Raymond about our needed repairs and he explained their process. He kept us informed thru out the repair status with timing and pricing. He is an excellent communicator. He will do a great job and take care of your needs.

Attentive to what I wanted, stayed within my budget, I would say total time from shopping to papers signed and pulling out with my new keystone hideout was maybe 2 hours. Takes me longer to buy a car. Very pleased. I will definitely recommend friends and they will be my first stop shop when I'm ready for a newer model

We had an amazing experience with Rendel RV. Dan Dever went above and beyond to take care of me and all my questions. Once I purchased the RV they spent a full day going over the trailer end to end checking for anything they could repair. Once I arrived the whole crew took their time and showed me every detail of my trailer. I could not be more please with my experience.

Had my RV for a couple of months and the refrigerator quit working. They said I had to bring my RV in and they would replace it. My RV is my home. They had it for 2 weeks and still no status on the replacement. I drove up a nd got it and told them to call me when the new refrigerator arrived.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous how much time it's been to get this fixed.
I really thought I had connected with a good group of family-owned business, but the customer service level has definitely decreased since Jesse left. I feel really disappointed.

I love the Retro 135. It is perfect little camper for a woman’s get away trip. It has a nice space inside and even its own little restroom. The double awnings are perfect addition with the storage space underneath! Let’s take a trip, NOW, and get you one too! Customer service cannot be beat! Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! RENDEL is a great start to new adventures!
