Smug, lazy, and rude. The old man behind the desk just didn’t want to do a state inspection and looked for ways that made sure he didn’t have to get off his duff and do it. He had an attitude with me from the moment I walked in his door. I imagine he has to tie a pork chop around his neck so that his own dog will play with him.
