I stop here all the time for gas and snacks and I realized that the clerks are racist. I say hello and thank you every time I go in and no one says anything back. Then I noticed that whenever some one of a different race (Caucasian or Indian) comes in they’re greeted with a hello and smile. Not only that when I went in with my kid to get a slurpee, one clerk came and slammed a box down behind us, I guess to let us know that he was watching while the other clerk proceeded to sweep the floor near us. How they thought I could steal a slurpee is beyond me. I won’t be spending any more money here.

EVERYONE STOP USING THIS STORE and others that have no respect for customers. Just left this store. I went inside to use the restroom while the driver pumped gas. Asked employee to use the restroom. He has its out of ORDER. LYING. I immediately told the driver to NOT pump gas. No damn way people work all day with no restaurant. Reporting this to the department of public safety, state fire marshal and department of health and sanitation. This is against the law. There is a reason why restrooms are mandated by law. 448am on 2/19/2025

Coffee/espresso machine always down!!!! This is the third time I went and this time the machine needed cleaning, do not go here, you will just end up wasting time, even the p2p at pump is always down. Frustrating!

Cashier with a name starting with the letter “K” really needs some coaching on customer service, told me to go and get cash in order to do a money order - so I did and now he’s saying the money center is closed. It took me two minutes to get cash and walk but up to the register, but apparently they stop taking money orders whenever they feel like it.

I recently visited what is easily the worst 7-Eleven I’ve encountered, largely due to the behavior of one of the employees. The morning shift worker, who is a large, black female manager, consistently displays an unprofessional attitude towards customers. Her demeanor is rude and dismissive, which significantly impacts the overall customer experience. It's clear that her behavior is a major problem, and I strongly recommend that the owner either address this issue with her immediately or consider terminating her employment. Such unwelcoming conduct is unacceptable and undermines the reputation of the store.

The manager on on Wednesday August 7.2024 called the police on me and 6 year old son for no reason. She racially profiled me cuz I'm black. It was a Hispanic dude going crazy and tryna physically harm her and her employees but she never call the police on him.b7t she call them on me for standing in front of the store. I have her Picture and everything. I'm gonna make her go viral til she loses her job. I wish I could post a Pic on here.

It is 7/11/24 at 8:00 am. I go in to get my free slurpee and they tell me “no not free. It starts at 11:00”. That is not posted anywhere. They were very rude about it

Probably the worst 7/11 I have been too! I don’t know about the store inside but For over six months the pay at pump not working in neither one of the pump and you have to go pay inside

The bathrooms are closed and the cashier is not respectable.

The cashiers are theives. The last three times, they have shorted me between. $0.07 and $0.31 PER TRANSACTION. They are doing this to all of their customers.
They ARE STEALING from the customers and making and extra $10 to $50 per shift.

Another terrible S7 Eleven where nothing works, dirty and unfriendly salespeople. You go to them to wash your hands or go to the toilet, everything is always closed. I would like someone else more responsible to work instead of them
