Seems like changeover happened , newer staff, better customer service, good assortment of products.
I was there for a hot food, so lady behind the counter asked me what I want and made it fresh. Appreciate that.
New management is much better than previous one.

Awful. They have nothing here. Either they're lazy or just don't care. I think it's both. No windshield cleaner. Every basin is dry as a bone and the rest room is disgusting

A red haired light skinned man has been being very rude and treating people very wrongly and today because i brought my own cup he got mad and said he is charging us 50 cents even tho when I go in the morning everyday his co workers never say anything to me and my siblings and say that its free if its a cup of ice so I am very displeased with how we have been treated by this man and his behavior.

Another 711 that won't load cash app unless the one employee that knows how just happens to be working. Older man working appeared annoyed I even ask. Interrupted his loud phone talk radio to get smokes and definitely wasn't happy.The 711 at Collins and Plano all the sudden experienced complete loss of the training to load cash spp. They won't load at all anymore except for one employee that only works couple times a monthThis sucksCan't get 10 dollars loaded

New staff has taken over this location, the store looks and smells way better than it did. The new crew are all always warm and welcoming and friendly. I stopped coming to this location but now it will be my regular store again.

The old balding guy in the cash register accused me of stealing a 2.00 cup I was outside in the car then I see him running out saying how I stole his cup and I showed him proof I didn’t steal the cup. and he started insulting me saying if I come back and he’ll “shoot me and blow my brain out” I had my little brother in the car and he was very scared this seemed very targeting and you just don’t say your gonna shoot someone I never write reviews but stay clear of this nasty store fire this guy ASAP

I will taking my money to RaceTrac, QuickTrip and other local gas stations who actually treat their customers who pay their hard earned money like human beings and not yelling at them like they are childrenI know corporates main priority is their bottom line and making a profit , so I am telling as many people as I can to pump gas at RaceTrac or QuickTrip until this situation gets resolved. Because of of this experience I will never spend a dime again at any 7/11 location and will tell my friends and family to do the same due to this horrible experienceWent to this location because I lost my wallet and it was the last place i made a purchase, went there around noon Saturday September 23rd to ask if they can check the lost and found and the man there quickly dismissed my request and said it's not their in a very hostile condensing way. ( I've seen this man before and see how he is very irrational and temperamental and felt there was nothing to gain trying to reason with him ). I went there later the same day around 11pm at night and there was a different man , I asked him the same question and he immediately knew what I was talking about and gave me my wallet with all my items in place. I am greatly appreciative of that man , but overall infuriated because the man during the day put no effort looking for my wallet instead becoming very hostile yelling "we don't have it " being loud and rude for absolutely no reason . The white haired Indian gentleman who works at this location is extremely rude and condescending.I am extremely upset because it's my wallet with very important items including my license, debit card , multiple credit cards and insurance , all items which will take a considerable amount of time getting back. The man could have easily took 10 seconds of his time to look at the lost and found but he did not being extremely selfish and difficult. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE

Worst 7eleven ever. Rude people working in the store , maybe the owner. Ran down store with nothing working correctly. Rude people.
