They had friendlier staff last year. The new coffee machine gets the coffee priced higher than before. the coffee from the machine also tastes a little diluted and burnt. I used to go to this place everyday for months to buy my daily coffee, breakfast, and sometimes lunch, but now many things I want are out of stock or priced higher than they were before.

Great place ! Sadly leaving a 3 star. There's a lady that works in the morning that never greets you. When she is ringing my items she looks like I'm bothering her. Every time I go I hope she is not there. Over than that everyone else is great and the store is clean, fully stocked.

This place has the worst staff ever. There's a boy with glasses who works the night shift who always flirts with me and even snuck up on me from the back when he was getting an order ready for me. He was standing so close instead of maintaining his distance and that weirded me out. There's another young man who works the day shift who was so rude to me because I didn't have my order confirmation on hand and needed to go get it since my phone was in the car. There's an old man who works sometimes who kept making fun of my name because he couldn't understand it. Even after I told him how to pronounce it he kept mispronouncing it and laughing for no reason. Hire better staff instead of weirdos who don't want to work there in the first place!!!

One of my favorite 7-Elevens! Most of the workers are always nice and friendly with the exception of the one lady who mostly works the morning always on her phone and never looks you in the face when interacting , otherwise the store clean stocked, price is decent as 7-11’s go and the food is fresh

Incredible! There's a price hike on every single product. Some double the price. Oreos and chips ahoy are double the price. How? Why? From Walmart or Target they are $3 each while this 7-eleven sells them for $7 and this adds up when you want more. If you consistently buy the same products on a monthly or weekly basis you'll notice immediately these prices are ridiculous. We are students. Is it not already enough or ideal to have a 7-Eleven next to students housing? Seriously what's going on? And you can tell by reading the other comments the price hike is nothing new they've been doing it for years.

I've been buying from here for the whole semester, things are a bit pricey, but it's OK. The real thing that gets me upset is that I bought a bottle of milk yesterday (12/01) afternoon, and today (12/02) I found out it was spoiled and tasted sour already. I looked for the expiration date and found out that it's expiring tomorrow (12/03). Since the taste already has gone bad, I asked for a refund today and show them the transaction history, but the cashiers rejected and said it was only eligible for refund in the same day I bought the milk. Wow

This store is usually always clean. The shelves are always done nicely. They do a great business. They try to always honor the prices. The manager does an excellent job.

Charged almost $5 for 1/2 Gal of Milk. What a scam! How can a place be that greedy towards college students. At least the cashier was friendly. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here if you want anything affordable.

The restroom at this store is literally filthy and not even maintained. Nobody tends to it and they don't even give a damn. Many reviews have been given regarding the restroom and it still repeats. Hope 7- Eleven changes the management and take actions.

The old Indian guy in the counter was really rude!Cancelled my order in front of me without telling me in advance. The item was in stock as I could see it. I ordered it for pick up in apps. I was charged even if I didn’t do anything. I told him I was charged, but he just replied “ it is none of my business”. This old guy really ruined this store. I have heard similar things from my friend too. He obviously did it intentionally. He is a thief stealing things from customers.

I ordered a pizza online as there is price difference in store. There is a guy in counter who is very rude, he simply cancelled the order by mentioning it as out of stock. Even though they were in stock. He didn’t even inform that he cancelled. I spent almost 10 minutes and store and when i opened the app its cancelled. Better to find other stores instead of going here.
