This is by far the best copier service we've ever used. The customer service is top notch! They are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt when needed. The sharp machine has been a workhorse. And the copy fees are the most competitive I've found. We will be a customer for years to come!

We have been using A-1 Image for several years now and have found everyone there to be friendly and helpful and always able to come up with a solution to any problem we've encountered. Their products are reliable and reasonable and all of the techs are knowledgeable and seem more than willing to make a service call on a moment's notice. They are, by far, easier to work with than the larger copier companies we've worked with and a lot more responsive. We are extremely pleased.

I have used this copier rental for over 5 years and they beat all pricing and I even purchase the copier with the monthly fee over the contract. Couldn’t imagine not have my speed set to any other vendor than Sandy. Thank u to the entire team always being to prompt and taking care of my properties.

Fantastic customer service. Their copiers are easy to maintain and in five years we only had a couple of service calls which they were quick to respond. Great company and we highly recommend them!

We use A-1 at our property and they have always been so on-top of everything it is incredible. We ran out of toner and didn't have any backups, so they had someone here within 30 min to replace it and had a back up in the mail. When we set up the printer with them they walked through everything and even went above and beyond to customize all the settings for us! I highly recommend!

Rented a Sharp MFP from these guys a few years back. Didn't know what type of printer our company needed, but the owner stepped us through the options and it turns out we didn't need the most expensive, so I was impressed he didn't try to upsell us. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days, so when you do find it, stick with those who have it. A1 Image has it.
