Called these guys up to get a replacement key for a VW. They can’t do the key but they gave me a straight steer on “why”. Spent a few mins talking about it which I appreciated and saved me some time. Hope to swing some business their way some day!

I am a volunteer responsible for the property maintenance and security for a medium- sized church in East Dallas. I was referred to Action Lock Doc by a friend and the experience has been absolutely 5- star fantastic. I can repair a lot of things but locks are mostly beyond my skills. Rod and Scott are the best in this business. They have made replacement of exterior doors and lock systems simple and straightforward. They work until the job is done and works perfectly. Ryan promptly came at 8 am and fixed a bedroom deadbolt that jammed. Afterward, he fixed a storm door deadbolt that was very temperamental. So, it was prompt friendly excellent service.

We brought in ActionLockDoc after the previous safecracker failed after many hours to open our relative's safe destructively. We were concerned due to the damage that had been done that the safe would only be able to be opened by completely ripping it apart.
Jeremy Hefner was the specialist sent out to get the safe open and after several hours of effort he managed to do so by utilizing a substantially less destructive method.
We were completely relieved he was able to get it open, the safe was an old and extremely high-end system, yet Jeremy got us in which was fantastic! We would use ActionLockDock again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them if you're looking for serious professional service.
