“They did a great job moving my grandfather clock from one house to another. Mark was very nice and a pleasure to work with. He set it up trained me how to use it and oiled it and made sure it was working properly. All for a very reasonable price. Then I had a problem with the door lock he sent his son out and took care of it right away. I would highly recommend them!”

The kind of place where you need extra time just to take it all in. - Wide variety of booths with kids toys, albums, paintings, and antiques - Much larger than expected - Many items were pricier than I expected - Like all places like this, you have to search to find deals and and you are looking for - Easy place to spend more time browsing Overall, I wish I had more time, and it was definitely worth the stop.”

“The girlfriend gave the mama an old German box clock. She said it had been working previously, probably need to be cleaned and it would be good to go. I spotted homestead clocks and a Google search called and talked to the guy. Told me to bring the clock out and he'd take a look. About a week later, I called to check status. Told me the clock was running but he wanted to hold on to it a day or two to make sure it was good to go. I picked it up, price was reasonable, and the clock's been hanging on my wall. Keeping perfect time since. Thanks so much, I've got another one that I'll be bringing out. Matter of fact someone called me the other day looking for a reference for clock repair, and I'm giving him your number. Get ready!”

“I really enjoy this antique store more than most in the area. Though some items I find are overpriced, there are some good deals that can be found throughout if you look long enough. The only reason for the 4 star review is because I found a framed print and the staff asked me if I’d like it held up front while I continued shopping. After going to check out, I find that they’ve sold the print to another customer. Thankfully, the staff contacted them and that customer was willing to return the print. While they did resolve the issue, I think there could be a better system in place so that your items aren’t accidentally given away to another person. Especially since most items are one of kind. Maybe staff could add the customer name and number on a note with the items they hold at the front? I hope they’ll consider this solution in the future.”

“This is a long over due review. This shop is wonderful and the owner is so kind. She is always buying unique pieces and I love the way she designs frames and upholstery. I’m an antique junkie and this shop always has items I adore. I’m on a strict budget but I’ve caved on several items in this shop! One is an old picture of a castle and I adore it. And I stalked it for months! Framed very well and I keep it hung by my bedside table. My favorite! Another time I walked in the store and the owner had just bought two oils from a Colorado artist who had just dropped in her store. I bought them immediately! Once, during a street antique sale, I saw a brown hide stool that I loved! The owner’s daughter was manning the store...I raced down the street where the owner was working the sales booths....and she gave me a very good price on the stool. Ran back to the shop and said “your Mom just said....”. Mom and daughter are precious and it was so cute to be the relayer of messages! Really love this store! Check it out!”
