Just heard about this store nearby, and was so excited, until I saw their limited weekday hours. What a bummer that, as a women owned business they arent inclusive of other career women.

Have not been to the store but it seems like they are closed on weekends! What the heck!!!
I bought a shirt online and thought it would be fun to see the store so did in-store pick up. Saturday morning I was excited to drive out there (1 hr) but then saw they were closed via google. So so disappointing.
I don’t know why a retail store would ever be closed on weekends? Maybe they cater to a crowd that doesn’t work?
Don’t know when I will pick up my shirt now. Bummer.

I love Ascot and Hart! I shop at their online store because I don’t live nearby. During a recent trip to Dallas, I decided to take a 30-minute detour to visit their store, sitting in bumper-to-bumper awful traffic. I checked to make sure they were open, but the store was closed when I arrived. It’s really frustrating that I drove an hour out of my way for that. I wish they would keep their doors open according to the hours posted online.

Absolutely great experience, the owners mum was so welcoming to us from the moment we stepped into the store to the moment we left with our hats and key ring.Would recommend coming here in a heartbeat 10/10, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Never received my package, reached out to their customer service team to let them know it's lost, and they took no responsibility or any effort to try and make it right, now I'm out money and no package. Do not buy from these scammers.

I had such a fun experience at the store today. All employees were super friendly and engaging. We all had a fun conversation and I bought awesome items I’ve been admiring for a while. The owner was there and was gracious and fun to chat with. I will return again for sure.

My fiance and I had such a good time! We came in to look at their trucker hats and they did not disappoint. They had an awesome selection and we even got to play the infamous claw machine. They lady working the front who has light hair and blue glasses is one of the sweetest people ever! Would highly recommend.

We have been following Ascot + Hart’s online presence for so long. We finally stopped in to their store-front in Richardson today. Amazing store and pieces… but I cannot tell you how incredible the experience was with the lady working. I wish I had gotten her name! She said she was the mother of the daughter whose store this was. She was complete gold. Super friendly and engaged with my son (who I dragged along to my shopping spree today!) so naturally. Kindest heart ❤️ will be back!

Amazing family owned and ran business! Excellent products and fantastic customer service! We did custom hats for our friends 40th birthday that turned out amazing. Ascot + Hart has a life long customer in me. I highly recommend shopping from here.
