My girlfriend came in to upgrade her phone to find out her current outdated plan made her ineligible. Roberto went above and beyond by figuring out a new plan that had her getting the iPhone 16 Pro Max she had her heart set on! Dipak was the salesman who processed everything and was also unbelievably helpful, If you're looking for an AT&T location to purchase or upgrade your phone the definitely go see Roberto and Dipak.

Great experience at the Richardson Store. Carlos took great care to make sure I was in and out in no time. I have Plano stores that are closer but this store handles their customers much better. Keep up the great work!
