I want to start by saying I’ve been to several locations but I had a wonderful experience at this location. At first when I walked in, I was prompted to wait for a few minutes and that I would be attended to. Sabrina was excellent at attending to all my needs, very professional, knowledgeable, and steadfast at her job. Made my visit seamless. HONESTLY, she deserves a raise and more!!!

Most service people are Ok, but some worker give me wrong information about their service plan. after i bought then, even they know it is wrong no people correct it. So be careful about what they Ads and said. I think they need train their workers more

I visited last week and waited for more than 45 minutes. Busy store. If you want to go to this store, try visiting between 11:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and it’s very busy the other time. Their service is good and friendly staff. They don’t have more accessories options. I visited there to purchase screen protector for my watch and end up wasting my time.

Came to this location after going twice to another location and not getting the help we needed. Jose Molina was patient and super helpful through the complicated process we had at hand. I will not go any other location again.

Small retail space BIG client service. Patient. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Don’t try to upsell more iof ax phone than your needs dictate. Don’t push accessories either. Still, by asking questions I ended up with case, ear buds in a charging case, a strip charger for phone/watch/ earbuds. Got a better trade in for my iPhone 11 than was offered. Online. Back a month later when they cheerfully paired my watch with my IPhone 14.

This is the absolute worst branch I have been to. Not enough staffing ever. There is also zero respect for peoples time as if "if you want it then you'll wait". Quick reminder that we pay for this service monthly and pay upwards of $1,000 per phone. To have this much of a lack of help or caring is nothing short of offensive.

Matthew was very patient, very knowledgeable, very helpful during my selection of new iPhone 14. Conferenced with my Houston-located son. Gave me his schedule 4 rest of the week in case I had questions. Best A&T retail experience I have ever had.

Less trained students are working there..they have only 2-3 sentences to answer any question!!! If they deduct more amount then expected,they only say sorry or talk to the customer service,nothing else.they should close the store if everyone should call customer service

Sabrina greeted us the moment we walked through the door. I was buying a new IPhone. Sabrina was so kind, professional & knowledgeable. She was a huge Hope transferring everything over to the new phone. I used to go to Best Buy to get new phones, now I will only come here. So quick & easy.

Grab my $840 for the trade in phone after 8months from my account without informing me... what a steal?? Never again
