Worst Worst, place to buy a vehicle we bought an suv in the star of this year Trevor was the one that helped us. To being we never received the title went to DMV and they said it had a lienholder. We are trying to Get a hold of someone to help us, and no one seems to reply back!! Plus my SUV is broken down after eight months of driving it. There’s something wrong with the transmission and I’m sure that before we bought it from there. They knew what was wrong with this SUV. A waste of time and a waste of money if y’all are looking for a vehicle. Look somewhere else!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Troy Humphrey at this company has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Over the course of two years, Troy has proven himself to be consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Most recently, while trying to get out of my lease, he couldn’t even be bothered to do the basics of his job. He sent incorrect information, showed zero attention to detail, and even admitted he hadn’t opened or read the documents we provided. Instead, he wasted more of our time by asking us to resend them because he “couldn’t read the bottom page.” That level of laziness and incompetence is simply unacceptable.
Car leasing is already not an ideal option, and dealing with someone like this makes it an outright nightmare. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this company at all costs—especially if Troy Humphrey is involved. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and know how to do their jobs.
