What a kind man who works there. My car's window was damaged, it wouldn't go up and we stopped and he fixed it and didn't charge anything!! He recommended that we change it.

I went to the AutoZone on Arapaho in Richardson, TX to return some headlight bulbs. Christian, the sales clerk helped me see the value of the bulbs, so I ended up buying the bulbs back. He even installed them for me. I am so please with the excellent customer service I received!

Bought the last quart of Valvoline OW20. On sale for 10 bucks. If you are over 60, 14 bucks for a quart of motor oil now. YES America, inflation is over. Good store. Easy access headed west, O'reily when headed east.

Female manager posing as a man was very rude for no reason. Threw her hands up when I said I didn't want to look up a specific heater hose and would rather look at hoses in the back as I measured with my finger, and the hose I needed would NOT be found on auto zones database. She then watched me like a hawk the entire time then was very short and rolled her eyes several times at me while checking out. I was not rude to this woman, as I am a very polite person. I then asked another manager why she would be that rude to me and he replied "idk what did she do?" Absolutely not concerned that I was upset. Worst experience in an AutoZone I've ever had. Made me feel like a criminal and that I shouldn't be there. Your management should be ashamed of themselves for their behavior.

Melanie! You rock girl! She was beyond helpful and encouraging as she diagnosed my check engine light, found the part and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. And she was right: super easy! I am barely a DIYer and NOT a car girl. She even explained exactly what this malfunctioning part does and how it contributes to the overall function of the car.. So glad someone told me they do the diagnostic for free, glad I found Melanie behind the counter!

They sold us a bad car battery. Good thing I checked! before it was too late. They said the battery "should be fine". of course it wasn't.

Excellent service. Tremaine the assistant store manager was nice and helped me find the right bulb for my car and installed it. He wouldn’t take a tip so I’m writing a review to say I’m grateful. You guys helped me save money by not going somewhere to pay to get it installed. Thanks!

The manager of the store helped me get the correct head light, and helped me change out the old. I know that is a service at Auto Zone, but he was so incredibly kind and helpful. He’s had 2 heart transplants, and he’s still working hard and going above and beyond for customers!

I had a hard time finding out why my car kept over heating until coming into autozone , and Mr. Chris Buchanan , was the most helpful ever and giving me the best help and advise i have received.
