Returning and leasing a car is quick. Front desk staff were supportive.
Went to return my previous car and take a new one. Reserved full size car but there were no car available. They given same car which I returned back to me and asked to call next day to check if they have any car available. I tried to call them couple times but line always busy. Will contact them again and will update here how's the process goes by.

Don’t waste your time here. All they have was 1 hail damaged car and an unreliable car. The guy is offering kia soul for full size.

I went ro rent a vehicle in this location its closer to home, I wasn't disappointed at all. I was very impressed by the lady who helped me (Stephanie). Very courteous,warm & super friendly. She made me feel welcomed & took care of business. I was in & out in less than 10mins. Ask for Stephanie everyone!!! thanks for excellent customer service 🙏 🙏

I went to rent a vehicle at this location, Stephanie was a superstar! Her knowledge, enthusiasm to take care of customers & attention to details are impeccable, she helped me pick up the vehicle I wanted made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go. I couldn't be more happier with her service. Stephanie was super fast on her feet getting things done, she listened and addressed all my concerns with patience and kindness. Stephanie you're a ROCKSTAR! Thank you so much for your professionalism and your kindness. This will be my go to Avis rental location from now thanks to Ms Stephanie.

Avis UBER overcharged my credit card fraudulently on multiple occasions without authorization. The representatives would charge my personal credit card and the GO Bank card on the same or next day on multiple occasions. The Credit Card Go Bank UBER card sends you back to the Merchant (GREG) and all their employees have overcharged my credit card on multiple occasions. If you drive for UBER you will be overcharged as a result of their scam! They are crooks and liars!!! Rip off and Con artists! UBER drivers are being ripped off by AVIS Richardson! Unauthorized Charges…Stolen!!! GREG…!!’

They're very proffesional and are willing to talk you through the process and charges involved with these rentals. Always keep the cars clean, charged, and ready for pick up. If you ever have any issues just be sure to call and they'll get you sorted out. Had two good experiences with them and am still currently renting in the Uber program as of 8/20/24

We booked a car through Costco in this location but was surprised that there are no cars available for us. The question is : why am I allowed to book a car online that is not available onsite? Not only that, the rude lady I called to make sure they are open, told me there are no SUV cars available and that I should’ve called before booking not afterwords, and that I am welcome to call corporate and ask them to locate another car for me somewhere else ! Very unprofessional and rude. Zero customer service. Never going back to this place and I don’t recommend it.

Terrible place to rent from! Save your money and look elsewhere. If you return the car sooner than expected due to unfortunate circumstances you will not get any money back. They said they don't have access to card information, but if you would have returned it 2 or 3 days late somehow they would have access to the card and would charge you late fees for those days. Stay away.

Don't rent from this place. Had family emergency and told them I didn't need the car and would like to return it 4 days before its due, said I can return it but there will be no money due back. Terrible car rental place. Save your money and shop else where.

Booked for gas car. Then two weeks after booking, a day before I was to pick up car, a girl calls to say they only do ev. And to top it off that the rental was going to be 150 more then the reservation. Not cool.

Horrible place. They’ll lie or say anything they need to get money from you even when you catch them in a lie
If you complain, they’ll find a way to put back on you as if it’s your fault, attempting to advantage of people who don’t know how renting a car works
Pure greed and capitalism at its highest here. Doesn’t matter who gets hurt. Disgusting
