My wife and I really enjoy this store, visiting every time we are in the Dallas area, and almost every time finding some unique piece to buy. We always enjoy chatting with the owners.

Only stopped in briefly. Beautiful layout. I was looking for something very specific, with any consignment shop you may have to make several visits as stock changes frequently. I knew if I stayed, I would lose track of my mission! The clothing appears to be top notch. I recommend you visit! Staff was super helpful!!!

Called to see how their system works for clothing. They told me to bring my stuff in and gave me their hours. The next day I go in with a bag of great clothes to put on consignment. I took the time steam and fold them beautifully. Not only was I not greeted when I walked in, but the owner directly saw me walk in and walked away into the next room, without so much as a hello, to direct her employee to deal with me.The other woman and I walk to each other and she proceeds to tell me about their policies, extensively. I say great, and she says, “let’s let the boss lady take a look at your stuff.”, to which the owner comes over to me and asks if I have questions and then asks what kind of stuff do I have. I name a few brand names and items that I have and after that she then she suddenly asks if I would take them back home, put them on hangars and come back tomorrow. It was a complete 360 from what they both were leading me on to.I informed them I steamed them and folded them carefully because hangars would poke through the bag, I had over the 15 pc minimum amount, I discussed the parameters and guidelines and then they ask me to go home and put them in hangers without even looking at one piece?!?This felt racially targeted from the git go and it would’ve been better if they didn’t want me there to have just lied and told me they weren’t accepting clothes at this time. Unprofessional and downright ridiculous.Ive been a Richardson resident since 1996. I love this city, but this is inexcusable. And I love thrifting but I won’t consign here let alone buy. And I suggest if you’re not Caucasian, don’t bother patronizing this store.

I dropped off several pairs of shoes, boots, and nice clothes. The woman that helped me was very rude. She looked at a couple of things on top of the stack which were boots and said "I don't want any winter stuff". I told her not all of it is winter plus there was some jewelry and bags too. She said they only take name brand bags. She was rude, snobby, and did not even look at the rest of what I had OR give me a chance to look around. I could not believe it! I was dying to look around but they way I was treated I changed my mind.

Okay I'm sharing these details because I'm super upset from this place I called this place Tuesday 10/12 to double check they accepting clothes to sell someone answer and he told me yes and he gave me some of them rules I have to have the clothes hanging on hanger wrinkles free... etc which is I had all my clothes in boxes as I take them anywhere else to sell which is my friend recommended them to me so when I called he confirm they wasn't taking a specific designs and also he mentioned minimum is 15 items and I told him I have more and I went to buy hangers and I been working in my clothes for 2 day for wrinkles free laundry and hanging them and get them ready today 10/14 I went to the store and as soon as I enter she said we don't buy clothes and my racks is full I probably can accept bags and jewelryI drove 40min to hear that???? Which is I called 2 days ago to double check before I drive all that distance is her racks get filled in 2 days? So please if you will let someone answering the phone and give details tell them exactly what it should say instead your giving wrong informations and waste people time.

Overpriced for secondhand items. Lowest priced clothing items were $10 but most were in the $20 range. The woman at counter on the clothing side was following us around the store and watching us, really strange and uncomfortable. Go to thrift stores in the area for similar items at 1/4 the price.
