I dropped off several pairs of shoes, boots, and nice clothes. The woman that helped me was very rude. She looked at a couple of things on top of the stack which were boots and said "I don't want any winter stuff". I told her not all of it is winter plus there was some jewelry and bags too. She said they only take name brand bags. She was rude, snobby, and did not even look at the rest of what I had OR give me a chance to look around. I could not believe it! I was dying to look around but they way I was treated I changed my mind.

Love this place with so many unique items for our home. A must stop by store when we visit the area. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Overpriced for secondhand items. Lowest priced clothing items were $10 but most were in the $20 range. The woman at counter on the clothing side was following us around the store and watching us, really strange and uncomfortable. Go to thrift stores in the area for similar items at 1/4 the price.

I took some “UPSCALE ITEMS” in for resale per Gaylen’s request (I called first). I considered this location after meeting (assuming her husband). I browsed the clothing, bags, shoes in the store…Old slouching from the hangers items not being judgemental donated homeless items! The items I brought in again, were upscale. Gaylen… Her assistant in the store greeted me and asked my husband to place the items on the counter, he obliged. Gaylen… finally addressed me and said ‘let’s start with the shoes’, several pair were brand new, boxed , as she started sorting the shoes, she noticed a customer new to the shop as I was; she walked away from me, started talking to them without an excuse me. After I walked out of the area where Gaylen was reviewing my resale items; I stood there; forced an acknowledgment and she apologized. Gaylen “Never” looked in the bag filled with designer dresses, Pants, Sleepwear, Scarf ‘All Designer’ both male and female. I guess my items were to barely wore, fashionable, some never worn for B&B Resale! I would never refer that place EVER! If you want some great upscale reasonably priced clothing that’s not the place! Where I took my items, after I left that unwelcoming establishment I left the store several ladies were waiting for the items to be tagged! Low quality, poor service, old homeless clothing! The items are indicative of how long the store has been open 19 year!!!!!s not a Texas welcome,

I am sitting outside wondering what just happened. I walked in and asked if they are buying. The lady said no I should go to buffalo exchange. I have higher end stuff in my car. Yes I was not dolled up today but this was bs. The lady was going through clothes as she was talking to me. Clothes horse anonymous is where I usually go but I didn’t want to drive down. Now I know, and won’t be coming back. Totally disappointed.

A fantastic selection ranging from traditional to amazing kitsch! Something for everyone. A few things are over priced but the amount does go down by date on the tag and there are many great deals, some even marked 1/2 off. A really excellent place to find your "gently experienced" treasures!!

I sent multiple pictures of my crystal items. Was told in an email to bring them in. I sent a second email to set up a time. They sent a second email confirming. When I showed up I was asked if I had any Waterford. I said no. Then I was told that no other items were needed. So I wasted my time bringing the items to them. Apparently, they believe potential customers time is not valuable. They could have easily put this information in either of the email that was sent to me. Instead they let me box it up and bring it over. After I said I had no Waterford, I was told I didn't even need to get it out. What a lack of customer service. Totally inconsiderate.
