They locked my account so that i cannot send or wire money to anyone, they trying to hold my money. Worst bank ever

Today all three of the ATMs at this location were out of order, and the number they say to call to report them only works during business hours. If you have an automated device that can break after hours, the least you can do is have an automated line to accept those reports.

I wouldn't bank in this location, it horrible. Not enough worker, 1 teller serving 15 customer,.people are standing out in a 100 degree. This place is crazy, I bank with three bank BoA, Chase and wfargo. BOA is the worst. PLEASE hire more worker.

Terrible customer services. I waited 30 minutes and have seen only one banker was helping customer. Other just hanging around, I even saw one of the employee walked out and came back with 6 starbuck cups while there were more than 7 people were waiting which is unacceptable. Finally, after wait almost an hour trying to cancel one of my transaction, Mr. Huynh, our assistance told me that he could not help transfer the money and he seem like is in a hurry and talked to us with attitude. We ended up wasting our time. We finally called bank of american support number and they helped us canceled the transfer within 2 minutes call.
