They have continuously messed up our mortgage payments and they are impossible to get on the phone to fix it. I called AGAIN today and was disconnected 3 times. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was disconnected after 30 minutes of no one being able to figure out why the amount was incorrect. They will not give you a phone number to be able to call any department directly even after being specifically asked. If you can avoid doing business with them, DO.

Very bad experience, and disrespectful for ppl Timing! The business manager over there doesn’t understand the value of the customers timing! I was wondering why they got 2 stars!

for conversion to pnc first day, knowing they were going to have issues, they only staff three people. can not log in after conversion. time to change banks. this is the third buyout in less than ten years. wish that ncu had a option for business.

All in all not a bad place but Shireen is a very rude person and someone that has been banking there for over a decade and has large sum of money in the account, the past 4 times I've been in there she has been very very very rude to me. This bank would be better if she wasn't there. I'd give at least 4 stars but due to her it's 2 stars.

Manager was unable to offer me a solution and shut me down quickly. Went to a different BBVA location in Mesquite where the manager was more then helpful and was able to offer me multiple solutions! 0/10 don’t recommend this location.

They told me a check was clear just to overdraw my account 2 days later. And can’t get no help. If the teller at this bank tells you the check is clear. Don’t believe them. Starting to think it’s their way of stealing your money.

Ana Soto the “manager” is so rude. She is no help whatsoever, when trying so show her something that had to do with my account she wouldn’t look/help me. Then she had an associate under her try to help me. Ana Soto need better training and need to have compassion towards your clients that bank with you.

Worst bank representative ever. Racial Discrimination. Went to open a new checking account and this lady told us to wait few minutes so we waited, eventually she was free and asked us to come over to her desk, she asked us what we needed, told her we wanted to open a new checking account, she said OK, then asked us what documents we had, we showed her my wife's VISA (not US Citizen) and immediately she said "I can't help you, that needs to be another person (pointing to the other representative), I have to go over there (pointing at some random place). Then she asked us in a very improper and rude way if we understood English, we answered yes, then she stood up and left us there in her desk without proper explanation. This is racial discrimination, she was available to open us a new checking account until she found we were not US Citizens and simply told us to go with someone else and disappeared.

I been banking here for 10 yrs . I try to always come to this branch because of customer service . I like everyone here . Makes me feel like family . There were a few changes made last year but it was from corporate office I don't hold it against this branch . .from manager to staff I love these guys .

I came to BBVA two years ago after poor experiences at other banks. I was leery based on reviews but decided to give it a chance. This has been the best banking experience I have ever had. The staff are kind and quickly responsive to my needs. When I come in they know my name and greet me with a smile. On one occasion, they made a mistake with my account, acknowledged it fixed it instead of trying to double talk and avoid responsibility like I've experienced before. BBVA has changed my view of banking and the staff at the Campbell location are exceptional! Give them a try!
