If you're looking for a firm that does not respond to emails or calls this is the place. Highly unorganized company with heavy turnover and no accountability. Their inability to file tax returns properly cost me thousands and then billed for additional services that were never requested.

I don’t know about anyone else but I avoid the tax man as much as I avoid the dentist UNTIL now….i hadn’t filed taxes in the last 3 years, within those years all I’ve heard about is covid relief monies. I called BFG, Chris Mathews, with my concerns feelings uneasy, thinking I owe, I owe so off to work I go. From the very beginning of the conversation I was made to feel at ease, maybe it was his way of obtaining my information without feeling as if I was being interrogated, it was as if I was talking to my best friend. chris answered questions I had plus educated me with what I can do differently the next years tax season. I had a portal created for me which is effortless, even for me! Needless to say that I still fear the dentist but I’ll being doing my taxes with Chris every year with a smile! 🙂
