Needed a rental for a few hours and they allowed me to leave the car on site until morning. I then left my car until I returned their car a few hours later.

We rented a car to visit my 90 year old Grandmother. Just because im black doesn't mean that I smoke. I was charged for smoking when I dont smoke. If you are a black person I wouldn't use this location. The world is round for a reason Budget employee 👀

I made a reservation days in advance with a Chime card. They took the money off of it just fine. But when I get to the counter, they refuse to take the exact same card for the bs hold.

I am giving this place such a high rating purely because of Stephanie. She was so positive, kind, and helpful in dealing with not only me but every customer in the store. It sounded like there was an issue with a bunch of rental cars (through no fault of her own) that she was having to deal with. Even though I could tell she was stressed, she handled everything with such professionalism and grace. Absolutely blown away by how amazing she was. Five stars for Stephanie!

Beware, beware, beware. This started out as a fast friendly transaction. The customer service was excellent, they had a nice selection of cars, and I wasn't even going to do a review. This would have been just another quality experience you expect when dealing with a large company. However, this is not the case. I was told by the rep behind the counter that if I was going to drop the car off after hours I could drop it off the next day. Great. I take my trip, come back home, and the next day I get a call saying that I am being charged for an extra day for not having the car back by 7:36 am. I was completely caught off guard by this statement. This was never explained to me when I was told I could drop the car off the next day. I was then told that I could drop the car off tomorrow since I have already been charged for it. I answered no I'll bring it back now. So I promptly returned the car. What a shame. This is embarrassing. How many other people have been misled like this? There were no time restrictions or financial penalties explained to me when I was told I could drop off the car the next day. I wonder if Avis/Budget rental condones this behavior? I paid for the extra day. I will never go back to this location.

Make sure before any reservation they have the car you renting because they’ll give you any type of car they have to get rid of it

The process inside was fast and easy since I did the pre check in, online, in advance. The return was fast also. The employees were nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

I have been calling this location for 2 weeks and can not get an answer. The line is giving a busy tone. Every time I call no mater what time of day.

Great location but they do not inform you when reserving that they will charge a $200.00 plus deposit. That should be clear when making the reservation online. They conviently left that out. You don't know until you are picking up the vehicle. At that point you don't have a choice .

Everything went smoothly and as planned. I made the reservation online and picked up my rental the very next day. Priced as advertised, no hidden fees. Staff was professional, curdious, and fast.

Please make sure you call before you come to this location. I made a reservation online and I received a confirmation and when I got here, they told me they didn't have any cars. ?
