I was very disappointed with my experience at your store. The restroom was dirty and had a strong odor. The checkout line took about 15 minutes, and even then, the cashier took a long time to put items in a bag. After all that, the alarm went off, and my items had to be checked again, which was frustrating. Additionally, the staff members were rude throughout my visit. Due to this experience, I do not plan to return to your store in the future. I hope you will address these issues to improve the shopping experience.

The only disappointment was, they didn't refund my money on My Debt card, they Refunded on their gift card!!!

No sense of urgency.. everyone moves so slow ..the line is so long one cashier left his register and now everyone in line talking crazy mad..and I understand..you don't wanna work don't come to work

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. I came to this store trying to return items that I’ve purchased and the manager Mrs.Sharon was being very confrontational and very rude while refusing to help me because I was telling her that the items were on the receipt and she told me they weren’t when we pulled up the receipt by my number and I had the physical receipt , while her employee Carlos was consistently playing making slick comments and remarks that were very unnecessary and uncomfortable. The next day I came and spoke with the store manager Jason and once I brought up the situation his response was how did I receive the discount and I’m not even qualified for it because I wasnt an employee along with saying the situation was caused because of the software update when he wasn’t acknowledging the unprofessionalism and the rudeness of his managers and employees. When I told him I was just trying to talk to him instead of bring it to corporate he proceeded to tell me that I could’ve done that instead of talking to him and walked off in the midst of our conversation

Sign to your bathroom is confusing. Staff were not much help. Just kept saying follow the sign. I ended up cracking my phone screen looking for the bathroom.

I like this Burlington, because the store is typically filled with items. The downside of this location is that it's always a MESS... nice items end up broken. Or the shelves aren't neatly arranged. Some individuals need to be assigned to clean and organize the shelves throughout the day. Also, the carpet looks gross... definitely could use new flooring. Please address this comment with your district or regional manager. This location has potential to look nice. If I were to travel to Frisco, TX location, I guarantee it would be nice, clean and organized. Put up signs for parents to control their children or have them escorted out of the store. I honor a pleasant shopping 🛍 experience.
