took my car in after a wreck and they did an excellent job. Sal kept me updated through the process and even had them repaint part when he noticed an issue. he promptly let me know and kept me as up to date as possible. hopefully i never have to take my car in for repairs again but if i do i will surely be back!

I normally use Mercedes for my repairs, but this time I chose Caliber. They communicated with me every step of the way and had my vehicle ready before the given date. Customer Service was a plus. I will most definitely use them again if needed.

Excellent work with daily text updates. Took care of insurance without my having to get involved. Finished 1 day early. Finished car detailed inside and out. Hope to not require their services again but if needed I would use only caliber collision in Richardson
