Since 7:30 waiting to download 10:14 and they still haven't started. In the receiver's office there is a bell and you have to wait for someone to come out but I spent 20 minutes in the sun waiting for him

My partner and I got loaded with our trailer being extremely over weight, they said they'd take care of it but they are now closed with us just sitting here. Wow!!!
