Be ready to wait 15 min to get answer for simple question. The employer told me I will be with you in second after 20 min someone else answer my question. And the employer was just sitting there without doing nothing

I work in this building and have visited this bank a handful of times, all with great experiences. I went by today and was helped by Sasha who has single-handedly restored my faith in customer service. Her energy was contagious. So funny, sweet, and helpful!

Incompetent bankers who are unaware of dealing with business accounts. We were told wrong information by one of the bankers but thankfully we went to another chase branch afterwards who did end up resolving our issue and knew what they were doing. Not coming to this branch anymore.

The people at the bank are rude! We went to the bank because there were fraudulent charges made on mother's account and someone changed my address that have never stayed at. The supervisor at the counter was rude. She told us to wait for a banker which we never saw! We got there at 4pm and they bypass us and the people standing in the line if they needed help!
I told the guy we were next he he was sorry and stated that he get us after the people he pulled into his office. He also stated that no one told him that we were next. He went to another banker office and asked her to help and that was to no avail! So tried to file a complaint and the lady rude. She brushed me off.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they wouldn’t cash a chase check because the amount was too much. I would recommend banking anywhere else

Be prepared to wait! Appointment or not, always takes forever. This time we called Chase before arriving, and they said it would take 30 min, no mention of an appointment needed. It took an hour and a half with most of that being spent waiting. And, an employee tried to shame me for not having an appointment! Top it off, there were lots of staff not helping customers.

I am so disappointed regarding the handling of my recent appointment at your branch. Despite scheduling an appointment for 9:00 AM on, I was extremely disappointed when no representative showed up until 9:15 AM.
I have left the building without having a service. I found this lack of adherence to the scheduled appointment time highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
