Y'all get money from your deal with EVGo. Therefore denying bathroom use to someone using those chargers during business hours, which you did, is asinine.

Went around 1:30p to find one teller behind the counter. She could not help me change my account as she was not a banker. The offices were empty. There was a man in casual dress (no name/company tag) who seemed to direct 1 customer into an empty office. Kind of a weird experience. Teller could not tell us which location had a banker present. We left without being served. Avoid this location for banking.

Horrible customer service. We had issues with opening an account online and went in person to the branch, and they told us just call customer service. What kind of service is this?

This location is sad very nice large space all the banker desks are empty. All I needed to do is change the name of my account no one was there to help me, this was ridiculous very disappointing!

Everyone at this branch is always helpful and Mr Sparks, the branch manager, goes above and beyond. My family has used this branch for many years and they are patient and helpful with my elderly parents

Came in to make a large wire transfer on my lunch break and no one could help me. Staff said they didn’t have anyone there to come back on a few hours…. I cannot come back in a few hours. I will be closing my account and moving on with a more fully staffed bank.

The outdoor ATM is shared with EV power charging. EV people get out of their cars and congregate right next to the ATM.
On several occasions, they were so close that I held my gun in my free hand (off safety). It's not a safe place to handle thousands of dollars of cash.
There is a reason why gas stations DO NOT place ATMs next to gasoline pumps.
It's not a good move by Chase. Texans Credit Union (directly across the street) has a safer environment.

I would like to thank Al and Jenny for helping my 80 year old sister update her accounts after her husband passed away. They spent time on the phone getting forms and information. She had a JP Morgan account and a Chase account. She appreciates their patience and help!
