I would like to thank Al and Jenny for helping my 80 year old sister update her accounts after her husband passed away. They spent time on the phone getting forms and information. She had a JP Morgan account and a Chase account. She appreciates their patience and help!

Worst customer service I have experienced at this location. On my visit I was not acknowledged nor told thank you for your patience or thanked me for my business . Pedro Ramos and the other colleagues took the transaction to complete and gave me my money and went by their day . Horrible customer service at its finest. @ J.P Morgan Chase come on ! What is that?

Just want to say thank you Jenny Ovalle banker that help me out. She went above and beyond to solve my issue I had and got everything solved. Went to so many other branches and they weren’t able to help me out .She provided excellent customer service.Thank you

The bank is supposed to open up at 9:00 am. We (about 5-6 customers) waited outside till 9:15 for someone to open up the front door and we're left waiting even though employees were sitting across the door from us.No one bothered to come out and give us an explanation or even acknowledge the fact that there are customers standing outside for so long on a busy weekday like Tuesday. Poor management and extremely disappointed in the service. This was my first time trying to open up a checking account with Chase and I think I'm not going to just because of this location.

23 minutes waited in line. One person at front tellers and then she had to work drive thru as well. Terrible way to run an operation. So frustrating. I know you have help wanted signs out but geez.

This bank has great customer service, friendly bankers, and very helpful staff. I was greeted by 3 bankers, and they immediately helped me even though I was not a bank customer by providing me with a few rolls of quarters to do laundry at one of the local hotels. I will be banking here from now on!As a sidebar, if you are thinking about banking with Texas Capital Bank, Richardson, TX. Read my review about my experience with them, and make your own decision.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We changed to Chase from Bank of America due to his poor customer service and unfortunately encountered more the same at this branch. The problem stemmed form the personal side, then the business banking side, however we had serious issues with both. On the personal side, I was contacted by our personal banker and told I needed to call in to verify myself with chase. Keep in mind I've already been in two times and provided my picture id, social security card, and passport each time. I did she asked immediately, and called the 1-800 number verifying myself. I get a call from her a few weeks later saying "Chase needs you to verify yourself, why haven't you done that?". I assured her that I had done it immediately after our last call, but called again at her request that day and attempted to verify myself. For whatever reason, the gentleman on the phone said he could not verify me. I reached out to the business banker for other issues and was given the impression that the account had been unlocked and I was good to go. I get a call today from the same personal business bank or stating my accounts have been closed because they not verified me. She also told me I had to come down to the branch to present my ID. I asked her what that would do considering she had already seen me in person with me ID a minimum of two times in her office bank. She played the "there's nothing that can be done besides this" airhead-esq card that, as a woman, can't stand and which gives a woman in business a bad name. I asked to speak to her manager. She told me that she's happy to connect us, however will probably be late next week before he gets back to me. My response to her was "Of course. It's not like it's important or anything". I just attempted to call the branch and was told that no one could take our call and was hung up on. We are now ending our relationship with Chase as well full-stop.

The slowest Chase I’ve been to in the 15+ year relationship I’ve had with them. Management needs a change because this is just not right. I’m sad that this is the location closes to where I live now.

Chase customer for 15 years - now looking for another bank. Tonya Nguyen personifies callous, officious and unhelpful. If you want to hear snide excuses why things can't be done, then she is the banker for you!

Never I was able to walk in and get a single thing done for me.1. I walked in to for some banking needs, account related and they turned me back asking I need to have an appointment.2. I went in to get some documents notarized and they don’t know enough to do it appropriately or too lazy for to provide free services for customers, they got me some reasons and turned me around. Would rather pay at UPS and get done, they are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
