I wouldn’t even give a Star. These people closed the branch temporarily (the only one with a safe deposit box) without notifying customers or placing a note as to when it would reopen. The documents I needed in my safe box are for an employer. I had to call customer service, issue two complaints, reach out to regional managers, and try to contact local branches. Some nearby branches wouldn’t even pick up the phone. Others provided wholly inaccurate information for my next steps (bc I simply didn’t know when this branch would open). If this were for some frivolous reason, I wouldn’t be writing this. But my employer needs the documentation in my safe box, and the branch, without notice or timeframe, simply closed. Now, my offer of employment may be rescinded if I do not provide the documents. Now, I’m calling bc I’m being told the branch is reopened but no one picks up. I’m not driving 1 hr to find it it’s closed again! Ridiculous. This is customer service here. I suppose the bad customer service works somehow for the bottom line. They’re doing away with safe deposit boxes. This is one sure fire way to get customers to leave. Well done

I like this bank because they have a drive through and they ain't ripped me off yet. I've lived in Dallas for 39 years so rude behavior don't bother me as long as a jerk is honest.

If I could leave 0 stars I would , they don’t know how to pick up a phone and they’re all walking around doing nothing chit chatting. Made me wait 20 mins just for them to say they can’t take me, such a waste of time

I am listed on my elderly mother's account and was having trouble logging in to check her balance. Since I was logging in on a new device (my laptop) they were sending a six digit code to mom's phone. I had mom on the phone during this process, but she couldn't tell me the code quick enough and then couldn't find where it might be. I went to my local Chase Bank and there was a long wait so I made an appointment for the next morning. I arrived at 9:00 to meet with Karen Garcia. She was very pleasant, she verified my identity and looked at mom's account and could see that I was listed on her account. She suggested I set up a log on of my own and then if I needed to verify a device, the code would be sent to my phone. Brilliant and easy fix!! Karen printed off a recent statement so I could take a look at it. Karen was very kind and professional! Great customer service!

Not possible to reach them by phone. They don’t respect customers’ time. I need to know the hours the Notary is available. But the phone lines at this branch aren’t operable. Time to move my accounts elsewhere—some place with working phones, functional technology, and a bank that allows streamlined access to services for their customers, who have jobs and responsibilities.

If you don’t have an account with chase, they charge $10 per check to cash. I could understand $10 per transaction. I had 3 checks for perdiem expenses, gas etc… So they were changing me $30. That’s a days worth of perdiem. This is why I don bank with chase!?? oh and so there’s no confusion, they were chase checks…..

The Hispanic cashier is always bad ? I have had many bad comments from the customers there. Apart from that, he comes to my store and doesn't consume anything, he never says thank you or please, they should take into account who they hire. She is very heavy
