Slowest chase branch I’ve ever been to, no customers were in the lobby, or drive thru just me.
It took them 10 minutes to process a payment where on average it wouldn’t take more than 1-2 minutes if they’re not busy
Definitely my least chase branch

This is the third time, the staff at the beach at the Renner road branch in Richardson, TX, declined to have my document notarized. The associate always has an excuse to decline it. Their excuses are “ busy”, the associate unable to notice documents which requires identification, and I need to make an appointment, even though I was the only client in the branch. Today, they decline to help to notarize my document because they are “ busy”, while I sat at the lobby watching them chitchatting. Unprofessional and lazy workers.

Very bad. Was hoping to get 8 pages notarized and was at the branch around 4.25 pm. Needed it urgently and Was asked to come back later as we wouldn’t be done before 5. We have two personal and one business account with chase and this was unacceptable. A little courtesy would go a long way especially towards loyal customers.

After a disappointing experience at the Chase Murphy branch, where I encountered poor service and unprofessional behavior, I decided to visit this branch instead. I’m glad I did! The service here, especially from Mr. Elmer South, was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, Elmer, for turning my experience around!

As nice is the staff is, they are horribly understaffed at this branch. Do not go during lunch hours, they usually have only 1 teller working. I was just there to rollover my retirement check into my Roth account and they said I needed to make an appointment. After two tries to book an appointment on the spot, I told them I would go to another branch. The Murphy branch did my deposit within 3 minutes. It is ridiculous that the Renner branch could not.
Chase bank, please either beef up the crew or close this branch.

I went in to this branch with a good number of bonds that had matured that I wanted to cash out. I was then told that I was only allowed to cash a third of them because it is a “lengthy” process and they didn’t want me to”holding up the line” which at the time was non-existent. I would have to come back another day for the rest of them. Then when I got to the counter I was told she couldn’t help me and I would have to mail them in because my maiden name was on the bonds. Even though my social is on them and they have a copy of my marriage certificate on file as I first opened my account with my maiden name. I then went to a completely different bank that I have an account with and they gave me no trouble at all and had all of them done in under 10 minutes. I have also been able to do this at other chase branches with no difficulty at all. Basically they just don’t want to help you at this branch. Terrible experience and customer service.

If I could give them 0 ... unprofessional... they don't respect the customer time ... they gave me 2 time wrong appointment....
