I was so disappointed to see thins location wasn’t like the others. The one in my neighborhood has the soda machine that’s all electronic. And they work. I tried 3 flavors that didn’t work properly and to my surprise the water was not regular water. It was like carbonation with no flavor. I said something to the female cashier and she ignored my statements and just continued asking for payment. I won’t return if I’m ever n the area again.

I’m writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment after yet another negative experience at this Gas Station, where I regularly fuel my limousine company vehicles.
On July-22-2025 , I visited the station between 2:40 PM and 2:50 PM to fill up gas and purchase cigarettes. The employee on duty, named Norma, displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional but clearly discriminatory and hostile.
When I attempted to purchase cigarettes, she demanded an ID. I politely informed her that I didn’t have it on me — something that has never been an issue before, as I’m a regular, well-known customer. Despite this, she acted as if I were unwelcome or untrustworthy.
Trying to resolve the situation, I returned to my car and asked my friend to come inside with me. When we walked back in, Norma rudely ordered me to leave the store, raising her voice and showing clear signs of personal bias and disrespect. It was humiliating and felt targeted and discriminatory — as though I was being treated differently because of who I am.
This is not the first time I’ve been treated this way by this employee, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. Her aggressive tone, lack of basic customer service, and blatant prejudice should not be tolerated in any professional setting.
As someone who brings consistent business to this location, I expect to be treated with dignity and fairness, just like any other customer. Until this issue is properly addressed and action is taken regarding this employee’s behavior, I will strongly reconsider using this gas station in the future.

The Spanish lady who attended to me was notably rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the checkout,Her tone was rude, and she failed to offer assistance and receipt when I had a question about my purchase. Instead of resolving my concern, she made me feel like I was a burden.
This is third time I’m facing this issue with same cashier.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. It’s important for all customers to be treated with respect and kindness. Bcoz I have seen other reviews just now about her,how rude she was.
the manager is unavailable 24/7 when I ask for contact number they don’t provide it.
I suggest everyone to avoid this store.

I'd rate this gas station 0 stars if I could. The one woman cashier is super rude and unfriendly to customers. I won't be coming back.

Get rid off the sale clerk. She gave me a nasty look when I asked for a bag to hold my purchase.

Worst gas station ever. Staff said they were closed when I needed help because the pumps kept saying see cashier. He wouldn’t give me corporate number but I will find it out And complain.
