Bank teller helping was unprofessional. She accused me of altering a check paid to me by a customer when in fact I did nothing but simply bring the check to the bank. She also was questioning my identity even with my state issued license. The customer had a history of paying me - which appeared on the statements - and the check had the correct amount written out and yet she accused me of stealing.
I do not bank with them and neither do I have the intention of doing so.

Each time you visit, no one will come and ask what kind of help u need. But you will see all of them using phone and watching videos and laughing

I'm a public school teacher and I've been a customer at this bank for about 20 years and I've got to say that it has really gone downhill . I'm a customer at the branch on beltline road in Richardson and the female manager today (it was a Saturday) did a poor job taking care of customers that were waiting. There was only one teller inside and he was pulled in from another branch (that's what he said). He was not able to help with a routine home equity line of credit withdrawal and he was unable to figure out how to print a simple cashier's check. He mumbled in a kind of defensive way , saying that he did not think he would have to print a cashier's check as a teller, yet, that's exactly how they do it and they offer this as a regular service to customers. He tried to get help from other employees in the drive through and the manager, but whatever help they gave him (from a conversation in another room) did not help him print the check. It was not a printer issue, it was some setting on the computer that they needed to help him with (since he was not used to working at that branch - is what he said). 15 minutes went by with customers awkwardly waiting in silence until they finally closed for the day. The manager was super slow to respond. She chose to help others at the back of the line instead of customers (like myself and 6 others) who had been waiting for 15 minutes already. Also, instead of actually getting the printer to work from the start , she waited 15 minutes to just show him where to search on the computer for the printer, but not actually solving the simple issue. Then she went back to helping others who were at the back of the line and who had just arrived. It just looked and felt like the manager either did not know how to fix the issue so she made the teller figure it out, or she did not want to get involved with helping me or others at the front of the line. Also, there was no yelling or anyone insulting anybody. It was awkwardly silent as we all waited for help. I will say that there is a really awesome personal banker named Carolyn West who still works at the bank. I wish she would have been there to help out, but maybe she is off on Saturdays.

Been banking there since day one that they opened. Always provided excellent service.. Wouldn't even consider changing banks.. Any snags along the way, they always took care of it .

Had a horrible experience at the bank. The teller that helped me was rude and disrespectful. I ended my relationship with the bank and I would never do business with them again

Tried to open a joint account online over the weekend. Everything seemed fine until the last step of funding the account. It crashed. Did get a generic welcome email. Called customer service Monday, they couldn't help as I didn't have an account number. So had to go in person on Saturday with IDs. The lady who helped us couldn't open an account as our online account was opened and then closed. She tried to call but corporate was not open Sat, so had to call her back Monday to find out why. Strangely she didn't know the reason either. Thats fine with us as there are many banks to choose. Whats so mismanaged about the bank is they sent us a debit card 3 days later, then a letter saying our account was closed, then a week later sent another debit card. Can you imagine what kind of incompetent people work there? Scary to put your money with them .

One of the worst bank I have worked with. They closed my account just because I mistakenly posted same check on two banks and they called fraud and closed my account without any notification or call or letter.

Every time I have been here (and I mean ALL of the 10+ times), everyone here has been extremely friendly and helpful. I haven't had any problems with other branches, but the folks at this location just go above and beyond to make my banking experience and day better.
