Came here recently for the nearly $200 detailing package and the detailing came out great, but we noticed there was a small piece of our vehicle missing after the wash. Called in early last week to ask if the piece was found in the car wash machine and was asked if I could call back the next day in the morning (when the owner was in). Called in the next day and was told that they would check the car wash and call me back within 30 minutes. Never heard back from them...

I’ve been a regular customer here for over 2 years, but unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. Every time I visit now, the person at the counter keeps pushing me to buy expensive gift cards or memberships, and when I politely decline, he becomes rude and dismissive. It’s disappointing — I used to love coming here, but the experience has become uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope management looks into this and brings back the good customer service that made this place worth visiting in the first place.

I went to get my inspection for my car and their sign said they offer a free car wash . After I did my inspection the try to charge $7.00 for car wash even their sign said is for free after the inspection was done .
They need to change that sign and not lie to costumers trying to get more business .

They sold me a pre-paid card for $70 On May 2025. Today I went there to get inspection done for my car. They said tech not avaialbale for a month. I asked them to give me a refund so i can go somewhere else. The store manager refuse to do so. My car Inspection is at the end and I need to resolve this. The guy was rude and refusing to take care of this. I plan to complain with consumer right and wahetever needed to resolve this isseue. I will never go back to this place again

Had my Jeep Rubicon detailed here and these guys did a GREAT job. My Jeep looks new inside and out. I'll be back here for all my automotive cleaning/detail/oil change/vehicle inspection needs.
