Came in for a oil change and asked if they would check my passenger rear tire for a leak because my tire pressure kept dipping down and I was constantly having to air it back up. A week later, it blows out while I'm driving home from work. I take it back, they basically say nothing we can do so I go to discount tires to replace it. The gentleman fixing my tire there informs me I have two nails in my tire. I don't know how Nissan missed them. thanks for the oil change and charging me for rotating my tires Nissan but not taking the time out or your day to point out I got nails on my tires because you are too fucking lazy to look and just want money don't take your car here bunch of lazy fucking people that don't give a fuck about anything other than taking your time and money

Take someone with you, and do not let your guard down bc of their people skills. I've bought 5 preowned cars in my lifetime and never had an issue with the transaction or the car, until this time.Abbreviated version: they charged me $3,284 more than I was led to believe I would pay for the car. The paperwork was run by me so fast by the salesperson, when I thought I was waiting to review and finalize with the finance person. I thought it was just something he was getting out of the way before I met with Finance. So, I missed that instead of $21,995, I was paying $25,279--and that is the base price on the paperwork before any fees.Their online price of the car was $23,995. The finance person came out and asked what it would take. I said I had 3 concerns: the high mileage (70k), whether there was any built-in warranty, and a leather tear. The salesperson said they could take care of the leather, and the finance person said they would give me $2,000 off of the price and $6,000 for my Nissan Juke. I agreed...expecting further discussion on the other issues.I signed a bunch of papers with the salesperson before meeting with Finance. I thought that's when I would understand the financial details. I waited for an hour or so, then was met by a friendly young lady. She began talking to me about the mechanical contracts, but I hadn't yet reviewed the details of my transaction. When I did, the monthly cost was nearly 2x what I expected. I came to realize it was an added mechanical contract, and then eventually saw the interest was 8.5% instead of the 5.5% offer I came in with from my own bank. She fixed the interest, I thought. Later, I saw it was 6.5%. (No idea why didn't get the 5.5 pre-authorized by my bank.)We spent an extended time discussing the contract add-ons, since it turned out there was no warranty included on the car. She got the amount reduced down to around $2,500. (I have no idea if it will be worth it,)Over the next few weeks, I looked more closely at the paperwork bc it kept bugging me that I owed so much after paying down $3,000 + the $6,000 for my car.I emailed the Finance office, once I realized they charged me $25,279, rather than $21,995--$2k off the listed price. I had to send the email to a different person than the two finance people I had met--bc one was no longer there and the other is a floater. No reply from the finance dept but my salesperson called. He was pretty sure what I was seeing was the fees.My sister is a financial analyst--which it doesn't require, but I asked her to review, anyway. Her summary: "In short, you were charged $25,279 for the car, not $21,995 as you expected. With fees and 3 yr mechanical contract, total amount paid is $29,340. In my opinion you were overcharged $3,284." (She is skeptical of the contract, but that's tbd.)That's before financing of course.I emailed the general manager, since I couldn't talk to the finance person who gave me the offer, and because I truly felt like the overcharge and distracting tactics were the finance dept's responsibility, not the salesman. No reply, but I do understand that I signed the paperwork and that's that. So, I am sharing my lesson learned. I was sort of stubborn in car shopping on my own, not realizing how things are done. I highly recommend, forevermore, taking someone. The reason overpaying smarts: the tech on this car jumps all around and also sticks. The reason I bought a three year old car with high mileage is because I wanted the tech not found in more affordable base models. Also, there is rust covering the steel you can see in the seats, and a slight occasional odor until I get the air circulating. One of the keys was taped together, and the other was glitchy; and a few things needed attention -- warped front rotors and a missing battery bracket.Next car purchase will go a lot differently. I will take someone to help stay on top of the financial steps, and stay informed, and I will buy new or insist on a deal that benefits me as much as the seller...whatever that takes.

Ordered several parts here over a period of weeks. Very good prices on parts, however, shipped an expensive defective part and stopped communicating instead of making it right. Failed to to ship a $3.40 washer and instead of sending it or crediting my card, choose to break-off communications again. Wish I could continue to order parts here, but can’t count on them.

Vicki was my service representative today, listen to my concerns, and the tech did a multi point inspection. Repairing several issues. I will be up and running in no time.

Worst Nissan dealer. DISHONESTY is very present in that place. After my experience, I have been reading about the experience of others and they say the same thing. I went over there because I saw they had good deals, but it is just a scam to get customers. I saw a car with everything I wanted and I saw that it had a good dealer discount. I went over there with the feeling that it would be a great experience being a first-time Nissan customer, but I was wrong. The guy (Bobby) who was supposed to "help" me get a new car, lied to me that they already sold the car that morning. Then he tried to sell me a car I didn't want, then he told me there was no such discount. All this happened after I told him I was going to pay cash instead of financing it. In addition I was only going to pay for the final price that they were advertising and no more because the price detail was basically showing the otd price. It has been 3 weeks and the car it's still on their website, but now with a different discount.I emailed the manager and never heard back from him.If they are not honest from the beginning they will not be honest when you become their customer.

Once again I am disappointed in my experience. I had an appointment for 8:15 for an oil and filter change. I was told the car would be ready around lunchtime. I asked if I would get a text or a phone call when the vehicle was ready. I was assured I would. I was watching the progress on the app. For over an hour the progress said it was in the final touches stage. At 1:30 I finally called to check on the status. "Oh, yes mam, it's ready ". Thanks for the text. I've been staying close for 5 hours waiting When I got there to pick up the car, I showed a service advisor what the app showed and was told, "oh yeah, sometimes there's a glitch". I then ask "Aren't you guys supposed to call or text when the vehicle is ready"? The response was "Yes. Your service advisor didn't text you"? "No, he didn't ".No apology. Come on COURTESY Nissan. You can do better. Your service doesn't live up to your name.

My husband recently received a call from Courtesy Nissan saying we had two recalls on our vehicle. We scheduled to bring it on a Friday at 11:00 and would pick it up on Saturday when they we're done. They said they would throw in a free oil change for my inconvenience. Ok no problem. I scheduled a friend to pick me up from Nissan. We would lunch and she'd take me home. When I arrived at Nissan the technician informed me I had no recalls on my vehicle and No appointment. Sorry must have been a mistake!I drove to the nearby Starbucks and found the voicemail with the woman's name who scheduled it from Courtesy Nissan so I returned. I once again told the technician of my appointment with the name etc. He said- yes we do have a woman by that name but there is some mix up. You have no recalls and no appointment. I asked for a manager. She came out a few minutes later waving papers in her hand (who knows what those were) telling me the woman was from their call center and didn't we have a Nissan NRV van also... well, yes we do - but it wasn't purchased at COURTESY NISSAN. They said I could COME BACK for a free oil change. I don't think so. I will never do business with them again

Teresa was my service advisor. I requested the 139.95$ service package, and to look into my TPMS sensor that won't go off. When I got the car back they did not look into my sensor as requested and my bill was much higher than advertised. She said oops sorry.Bad service from this dealership. Will not be back.Maybe she could have communicated the price would be higher than what I had been told.
