They only have coal masks from one provider and a limited stock to choose from. I was told this is the only nasal mask we have.

The woman who answers the phone was not helpful and quite frankly rude and condescending. I asked to speak with somone else and she said she was the only employee. She metioned (frustratingly) that there an owner but that he never comes in and insinuated he doesn’t do much around there. I feel bad for her but the $750 she quoted me was ridiculous and I have no desire to do business with a medical supplier that only has one employee.

The only reason I’m giving this business two stars is because of the lady that fitted me for my device. The Superviser was rude, refuse to honer my Rx. They revived a prescription from my doctor. I was the last person to see my doctor upon his retirement. The office sent the Rx in. It was after hours so o waited until the next day to call. That was the third Monday in May. They said they had not received the Rx and to call the doctors office and check to see that they had faxed it over. I did they agreed to fax it over again. I called they said they would check the phone hung up. So I decided to wait I didn’t call back that day. However, At that point the Rx was good. About three weeks later a rep phoned and asked if I needed supply’s. I replied yes, I informed them of the change. They said they had not received notice. And that they would phone me back. I have of yet received that call. Now today the Superviser tell me it is no good and I have to return to another doctor and she was so rude about it! And I must admit so was I! Honestly I am tired of these medical supply people treating people like ponds or chess pieces. When they want you they turn on the charm. When they have sucked the insurance company for all they can then the people in charge talk to you any way get to you when that can and make rude comments about you when they hang up on their face. It is wrong and if you’re not careful they will make sure that you don’t get served by the insurance company if you get one of the frustrated vengeance old lady’s like I did! I am for one sick of being treated like someone that doesn’t matter. But I will say this. You rep what you sew. It may not be you it maybe someone you love but one day you will reap what you sew. Don’t do business with this company shop around.

I went back and forth with emails and phone calls with the CPAP Store in Richardson to get fitted correctly and tempting to feel comfortable with my $800 purchase. I finally settled on a mask under their recommendation and made the purchase. It arrived next day along with all the equipment to get started. I tried using the equipment multiple times over several days and ultimately decided that this CPAP machine was not for me. I tried returning it 4 days after receiving it and to my shock they do not except returns of anything. They claim it is "used" medical equipment at this point. This was never discussed and clearly misdirected in their communications and paperwork they give you. Be aware of this company and how they operate. This place only wants your money and once they have it, its gone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They overcharge you tremendously. Don't buy it from this store, buy it online and save yourself tons. The front desk woman did not show me the insurance coverage when requested and the information my insurance company told me they covered vs. what the front desk woman said. Tremendous rip off.

These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure I have the correct mask. I do not have insurance and they have made sure I am completely happy. The girls in the office have been so kind and understanding during all of my frustration in finding the right mask. I would recommend this store for any and all of your CPAP needs. They will follow through with everything they say they will do!

I've tried to do business with his CPAP store several times the employees here are very very rude they will not help you even in times of an emergency, like if you need supplies immediately for your CPAP.They will try to overcharge you 3x as much as other stores. These are not professional people and are not helpful or caring for customers.Avoid.
