First of all let me say that at least one of the employees here tried. The manager however was very rude and simply brushed off my issue. I recently switched carriers after being with this carrier for a year. I did not know I had to “let them” know before I switched so they wouldn’t lock my phone. Long story short cricket has gone down in their customer service. I would never recommend this location specially because of that manager. She was so unprofessional and simply does not deserve to represent management anywhere.

I went there Cancel my husband's plan... I brought my ID and the ladies so as not to disrespect them, they did not want to attend to me Even carrying my ID, the worst thing about it is that they were not doing anything a lack of respect it was an emergency because My husband couldn't go since he was working. In that Crickert the employees always treat you with kicks. If I could give them a zero I'd give them... Pay attention to what kind of employees they have serving the public.

Best customer service from the young ladies,there are people out here cussing them out and harassing them and they kept it professional 100% those ladies need a raise because not anyone can support all the ghettoness some people have. I was sadden to say there was two ladies who were cussing at them and harassing them and the ladies kept it professional shout out to you ladies I hope this company values all the hard work you ladies do!!!!!!
