This place is bad. After multiple issues i left then quite a while ago. After first device failed they made me buy a new one. They then did the same thing with hotspot which never broke 1mb/s. So i thought terrible product and service no biggie. Then many months later they just decided to start charging me again.. when i call they say theres nothing they can do because im not a customer....this place should be torn down

The experience was just okay is all I must say. I took my Mom to replace her phone that had become damaged. I think they need to have a refresher course in customer service skills and also they should check their AC because it was not as cold as it could have been for a business establishment. The young man that helped my mother out was very helpful, but his coworker could use a refresher course in how to handle customers more better and I will leave it at that....

I came in on a Saturday 3/18/2023. to return a iPhone SE (2020). That’s has a battery issue won’t charge above 80 only when it want too also without using the phone the battery will drain really quick from 100% to 93% in under 3mins without doing anything . I told the manager Christina I will like to return this device she stated “they won’t allow me to return your device just because of the battery situation and charging situation just come back see me on Tuesday “. When I’m past my seven days that’s completely unacceptable and disrespectful .

Lady was fantastic today. Was by herself,handled 3 people at a time. I was leaving to go to another store and she acknowleged she would be able to handle me quickly. Very pleasant.
