Dropped in here on a work trip. Really spacious box and everyone was friendly ?. Lots of people in class but did not feel crowded.

I’ve been at this gym for about 12 years. Great community of people to build friendships with, anyone at any level of fitness would feel welcome here young or old. Fitness is a lot better with community. Try it!

I can't say enough. The gym, the people, the culture - all amazing. There is a very real sense of belonging every member has and you can see it in their face, hear it in their voice, and experience it in classes. I love being a part of this community.

John and Julia Marshall have created a genuinely welcoming, supportive gym and community for athletes of all levels and backgrounds. I feel like they truly care about me as a person, not just an athlete. So glad we found this gym almost 9 years ago!

As an avid Yelper I saw this gym hadn't been reviewed yet! I've been to a lot of CrossFit gyms so I am a bit picky and I loved this gym. I have only dropped in a few times but plan to join full time when my work schedule calms down. The owner and all the members were very friendly. The workout was scalable to any level. It was not an intimidating experience, I definitely felt welcome and I'll be back!

Just started at this gym because I just moved to Dallas. I love it here already. The trainers are super nice and personable. The actual gym space is huge. Very excited this will be my new home!

Coming from California on business here for a week I dropped in this gym and is definitely one of my favorite gyms that I've been to around the world, the box itself is pretty badass and an awseome lay out, everybody there is mad cool and helpful along with the coaches and owners, I definitely recommend this gym for out of towners and anybody trying out crossfit for the first time

I recently dropped in for a couple of workouts. I was warmly welcomed, well coached, and nudged to up my CF game a little. Great place, lots of good class times.

Super friendly & genuine box! My husband & I are visiting from Charleston & dropped in for a morning class. The coach/owner and members were awesome! They encouraged us as if we were long term members! I honestly felt right at home! Thanks CFR!!!
