I have been going to CVS for several years. The service is commendable \\u0026 I am often times in and out. I always receive a text when a prescription is being refilled and when the prescription is ready for pick-up.

Insurance forced me to Walgreens several years ago and I had multiple issue over time related to my medications being available when needed. Previously I used CVS and never had any issue. Now that I'm back I'm having NO issues again with medications. Thanks CVS

They do not accept walk-in Covid 19 tests and refused to schedule.

We had to switch to CVS because of our Insurance this year. It is now November, so it is not like we have not given it a chance. This is quite simply the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It is filthy. The service is slow beyond belief and the employees act like they do not care. This is the first review I've ever placed. We will be taking our business back to Walgreens and pay the higher price.

I picked this CVS because it was faster than the one closer to my house but recently stopping for one medication went from a 5-10 minute stop to 20-40 minutes. The new staff rotation at this location is on a much lower level of efficiency than the ones that were here in 2021. I am currently waiting in line 3 cars back in the drive thru (which is how far back I was when I first got here) and I waited ten minutes before beginning to write this review out of frustration. I’ve had time to now write this review, check for grammar/spelling issues and I STILL have not moved one car further up in line. This is beyond ridiculous and needs to be monitored and addressed by management.\\n\\nUpdate: Over 40 minutes later I have my medication. Just ridiculous

The service is horrendous! The pharmacy takes entirely too long to fill, deliver to drive through, and the sales people don't have a good understanding of their responsibilities. I personally have waited, stuck in drive through for 45 minutes before reaching the window. There is no regard for the customer's time or health. Most people visit the pharmacy because they are ill. The long wait time shows a lack of professionalism, a lack of regard for the clientele, and understanding of how customer service should work.

I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy. Just On hold for the past hour, for coo coo girl to pick up saying " hello, hello". pretending she can't hear so she can hang up. They can't seem to get a simple refill complete even after the doctor called in and spoke with them directly earlier. I actually watched my Dr. office call them, and said the prescription refill is good to go. I get there, they have no Idea what I'm talking about, with an attitude, mind you!! Hope I can get thru the heart palpitations. Meantime my children have been notified who to blame. Been going here 20 years, that is the end of that!!! This CVS has become pure unprofessional trash.

This CVS needs a remodel. Worn out carpet, empty shelves and there never seems to be a cashier on duty. They didn't have the face powder or mascara I need in stock. Wasted Trip.

Its a shame that pharmacist are there to help with prescriptions and assist with customers needs as far as insurance coverage. When a pharmacist is being rude even answering the phone and cutting off customers when speaking is not a good experience. We all understand everyone has life issues and pharmacist have too but working with a bad attitude does not help any company grow a business.
