I've been a loyal customer here for many years, but no more. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are usually great even if their prices are not so great. But, tonight the pharmacist got angry with me because I wanted to switch two of my meds to GoodRx as opposed to my insurance. The difference in cost was over $80! She told me I would have to wait until she filled the people in line were done. Then three more people showed up. Was I supposed to wait until there was no line? Maybe for hours or days? It's a lot of work for them to switch because their system is so antiquated and they have to print all those ridiculous labels all over. Tom Thumb doesn't do that. They effortlessly changed my other scripts. To top that off Tom Thumb's price are a LOT better, but I stayed out of loyalty. Forget that! Look people, CVS is the worst of the worst for prices and service. And, if you have insurance be sure to check the price of your prescriptions on GoodRx as well because you might find there is a big difference and you are getting ripped off by your insurance company and CVS. The best deal through GoodRx are almost aways at Tom Thumb, Albertson's, Walmart and Kroger. That's in general. As for this location, I will never walk through their doors again. I will drive 10 miles further and even pay more to NOT go here. We even have that Xtra care program. It's rip off too we are dumping that as well. Adios CVS. I hope I have helped some people out there save some money. Always shop your scripts! Don't assume your insurance or medicare is the the best deal. They probably aren't. And if you are paying cash, you must look at GoodRx or other online discount programs. Another great source is Cost Plus Drugs. Anywhere by CVS or other big box pharmacies.

This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service. From their flu shots for kids which traumatized our family, to their customer service … they never answer the phone, are not helpful when they do nor in person. Maybe they need more staff or the problems stem at HQ but I cannot recommend against this location enough.

Zero customer service in pharmacy. Tech or Pharmacist stood and folded paperwork instead of helping 4 customers in line.

Emawayesh Shinge is the worse person I’ve had for a minute clinic visit. She refused to believe my medical history and then prescribed me a medication that would have been unsafe if I hadn’t double checked. She refused to listen to me then tried to say I was being rude and not answering her even though that was not the case. The pharmacy staff was very help in straightening it out. They are five stars. The minute clinic is 1

HORRIBLE if you're needing to actually speak to a live person in the pharmacy. Tried to refill my prescription online and it won't let me. It says to call my pharmacy yet when I call, you can't get through their horrible phone system to speak to anyone. I cannot stand this pharmacy, yet CVS is the only place my insurance will let me get my prescriptions.

I've been visiting this pharmacy regularly for many years and I must say that within the past year I've noticed a marked improvement in customer service from pharmacy staff. No more interminable waits or ignored requests. And I love being able to leave a message for the pharmacist! My only complaint with the store concerns what I consider high markups in OTC and healthcare items, or I'd give them a 5. Good job, folks!

They NEVER answer the phone when you ask to speak with the pharmacy! It used to be so much nicer speaking to a real person especially when it’s in regards to your family’s medications.

They have a medical disposal box at this location. Out off all the ones in the area this is the one with the box.

Went to the minute clinic for a covid test to rule out covid. The attendant wanted to perform a physical exam. She made me uncomfortable, and she was evasive when I asked if she was a medical doctor. She began making lifestyle change recommendations, and I assured her I would speak to a medical doctor. She then made a big production about calling in a witness to document that I was refusing the medical exam. I assured her and that witness that I would discuss this with a qualified medical doctor. Upon leaving I learned I was being charged $120 for the test and another $99 for an office visit. I came here for a simple covid test, and it turned out to be a little creepy. Based on that creepiness and the padding of additional charges, I would not recommend.

Came to pickup medication for my sore throat that makes it difficult to talk and the woman who was at the front was not only NOT IN SCRUBS NOR UNIFORM as OSHA states to be MANDATORY for any and all healthcare providers but also proceeded to act rude and disrespectful towards me and stated in a bad attitude she couldn't hear me and to just " go sit down " not a please or thank you in sight as someone who works in healthcare it is unbelievable to see such disrespectful people working on providing " exceptional care " like CVS states they provide

If you need a Passport Photo this is not the place even though they advertise it. Was told their camera doesn't work. Tried using my cellphone and seemed ok on Computer screen but bleached out on the printout. $16.99 for horrible quality. Go to Fedex Office, quick in and out with cropped photos only $14.99

Worst ever pharmacy. Do not waste your time. They have made EVERY step of my wife's gestational diabetes miserable. They do not understand how to read as they have forgotten how to bill insurance and gave my wife insulin with no needles/syringes. We didn't find out btw until they were closed even though the paper from her doctor says do not forget needles/syringes. Absolute idiocy and precisely why thousands of diabetic patients suffer every year.
