I just moved to cityline so I decided to switch my prescriptions to this CVS and the pharmacist completely embarrassed me. She made me say out loud what one of my prescriptions I was supposed to pick up was for and when I told her it was for an area I wouldn’t normally want to bring up in public she continued to ask me what it was for without a thought of how embarrassing that is to say in front of others in an open room with people behind me in line… but she continued and then made a guess of a “fungal infection” down there…. Which I don’t have, but I said “sure” to get her off my back. If you don’t have a prescription for me, just say you don’t have a prescription for me… don’t humiliate me and pretend you can’t see my discomfort.definitely witching pharmacies

They said they can't further prescription here, so they send us somewhere else. Then they call once we leave to say 1 is ready, we go BACK and they are closed for lunch, so we need to come back in an hour. Do they think I'm made of gas?? I hate this pharmacy. Don't go here they don't know what they are doing.

BEEARE!, they don’t seem to care. When asked how I could be helped, I first complimented the technician by saying “Thank you for your hard work!” and there was NO response. During my brief visit I was handed off to another tech who rushed me to the finish line of my transaction. I asked how to transfer my RXs to another CVS pharmacy closer to my home and was instructed to call them and leave a voicemail. When I called them there was no option for a voicemail. ARGHH!

Drive through window, coupon wasn't working and pharmacist told me to come inside so I would not hold up the line.... I look backwards. There's no one else in line. Always been a bad experience here, the CVS in Murphy has always been better. If you can I suggest go that route

Everytime I try to get a prescription filled it’s a total joke!! If it happened 1-2 times I could understand. But everytime this place needs to be shut down. I called the automated line and left a message that said someone would call me back within the hour. 5 hours later no call! I called back and they said they were working on it right now. Showed up 2 hrs later and they say they’re still working on it! I hate this place!!

Horrible service. I received text saying that my prescription will be refilled in few days. No text for next 2 weeks that prescription is ready. I went to the Pharmacy to check on it and they said it is out of stock and they are going to order and it will be in 2 business days. Another week passed by and no text from them. Went to the pharmacy again to check on it. They said we ordered for you. I said it’s been a week. Then they checked and said they have it now. So they don’t care to inform that it is ready and I was waiting for 3 weeks. I would give 0 stars if I can.

This is the worst CVS. They cannot seem to get it together. Every time I come my prescription is marked “delayed” even when it’s scheduled. I’ve waited 2+ hours every time I’m here, in store and drive through. No acknowledgement, no sense of urgency. - written from the parking lot while my medication is delayed another hour.

Worst pharmacy ever! They are always constantly busy no matter the time of day! If you want to wait a long time for your meds and not have it put in under your insurance and pay more than you should have to due to them not having enough to put it in or scan a RX code then this is the place for you! Seriously the worse service I’ve ever received from a CVS in all my years no joke.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place. I've been getting medications here for about nine months with no problems. Sure there can be a bit of a wait for the pharmacy but usually for me it is no more than a ~5-10 minute wait whether I go inside the store or use the drive thru.

I also had bad experience nobody ever picks up phone call , I have tried multiple times but response . They messed up my insurance information and one specific pharmacist can’t find my details and made me stay for a hour and half and then next day another pharmacist able to figure out insurance quickly and said everything was in system . I think issue is with a particular pharmacist . I would prefer Walgreens over cvs or atleast switch to another cvs location and avoid the trouble . Every single time it’s painful to contact pharmacist and go through the hassle .
