First and last time getting a prescription filled here. Waited 10 minutes to provide my insurance info and have them input it into their system while dropping off a prescription. Came back later to pick up my prescription, they told me the total, and only after I got home did I realize they didn't even go through my insurance. Seems like something they should confirm or note during the checkout, no?Not surprising they have an awful rating.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Not only did the pharmacy staff close the window before closing time, they stared out the window blinds while doing so laughing. Upon entering they tried to inform us of their exact closing time - which we were at before. We would have understood if we arrived after the time - but the way in which it was handled was beyond belief. Switching pharmacies as this location is clearly inadequate to access needed medication. The store manager on duty was also incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. Had it been handled with any decency or apologies we might have felt differently.

Pharmacy staff lack training on using manufacturers coupons. Tried to fill my rX, they told me that $xxx was my final price due to my deductible not being met. That was a lie because it was a manufacturer coupon to bring the price to $30, and I’ve used it before, where only one manager in the store was able to run it. Today we just had an incompetent manager and were unlucky. I wouldn’t use their pharmacy if you consider your time or money to be important. Take your business to a smaller pharmacy that actually trains their employees on how to use coupons for drugs/rX. They don’t learn anything here except for how to come up with various excuses as to why they can’t figure coupons.

The level to which this pharmacy has decayed is hard to comprehend...Not even sure why I'm wasting more time on this review given the countless runarounds and heartburn this place causes. After months of flawless exchanges, I can count on a couple fingers the times extra correspondence, delay, or transfer has not been needed to fill any Rx. My surgical procedure didn't require as much coordination and logistics as you do to fill an Rx.On my last attempt I was told, after waiting 2 days since requesting a refill, that the meds were on a truck out back waiting to be unloaded. Their suggestion was to try again in about an hour. I was not able to make it back that evening, so I returned the following morning only to be told THE EXACT SAME THING! So let me get this straight, you expect me to believe that you leave a truck full of schedule pharmaceuticals parked out back overnight?!?! Given the incompetence here, I'm almost inclined to believe it.Please just close this pathetic operation and stop wasting everyone's time and delaying important meds. Sad that I can laterally get prescriptions faster from Amazon vs a brick and mortar "pharmacy". How can you claim to be a pharmacy without pharmaceuticals on hand?!

First of all, CVS has tried to over-automate everything to the point it's impossible to reach a human, and then when you do leave a voice mail, you never get a call back.Then, if you go inside to pick up a prescription it's a unbelievably disorganized. Every time I go there, the counter person checks 3-4 locations for the prescription and then, finally has to ask someone there it is.How does an organization like CVS not have a workflow process and location tracking system that tells the counter person where to find your prescription?Multiple people behind the counter, chatting, etc. and only 1 person at the front counter who's in no rush to get through the line of people, some of whom clearly came from the Dr. or hospital and don't need to be standing in line with this ineffective staff and workflow.I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Puts your health at risk by restocking life saving drugs with minimal notice. I had an important medication that they stealthily restocked and now I have to wait for approval again. To add insult to injury, they seem to have their pharmacist line go straight to voicemail with the catch that they never actually call you back. The apathy is astounding. Probably switching back to the one in McKinney where they were actually accessible and even went above and beyond to care for your health. I honestly don't feel safe relying on this pharmacy.

Had a negative experience with the pharmacy refusing to fill generic antibiotics prescribed by my doctor, telling me no CVS had them (which was not correct, called neighboring locations immediately after. Although benefit of the doubt, I dont know why they'd lie to a random stranger?), then not providing any additional options or alternatives.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. The people who work there ALWAYS mess up. Not once have I picked up an RX and it was right. Imagine having to constantly drive up ther because they keep making mistakes. Couple people working there are rude as hell. Definitely not welcoming whatsoever. I'm not the only one who thinks this, the reviews say it all. I'm not the least bit surprised this cvs is rated a 2.6. Fire all the techs and get new ones asap!!!

Good pharmacy. I rarely come here to get prescription but I do sometimes buy other stuff that they sell here. They do have 2 self checkout machines but they constantly fail. This CVS is very quiet and chill. Nice staff and helps you asap but since there’s usually only one cashier at a time it might take a bit. They do have a vaccinations area for covid and flu. Tip: go inside to pick up a prescription instead of the drive thru. Overall pretty chill pharmacy.

The lady up front was very selective on how she responded to people...She was sugary sweet to two customers...I watched her be rude to another customer and myself...rude and short with her responses....The customer she was being nice too mentioned that the guy needed her assistance...her response, "he can just wait"...Not the customer service I like to see...

The girl at the drive through was RuDe! She said there was a long wait because I didn’t have enough staff to run in the front.
