Severely understaffed. Always a huge line at every CVS. Never enough technicians or pharmacists. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED!!!!

Worst CVS center. Very slow processing. Inadequate staff. Most of time they take minimum 2-3 days to prepare the medicine.

This is for the CVS at 1555 East Renner Road Richardson, Tx 75082, I walked in there this afternoon with a prescription from my dentist. Walked to the Pharmacy and was greeted by the new Pharmacist there. She told me it would just be a few minutes to take my order. After she took my prescription, she told me how much it would cost and she could have it done in 15 minutes. Her Techs were busy filling orders. 15 minutes later I was in line and picking up my order. Everything ran quickly and smoothly. Pharmacist name is Farah. She was very helpful, professional, and very personable. On my way out I ran into Theresa, the Assistant Manager, I see working there all the time and told her how nice the store was looking, She says they have a new Manager and a new Pharmacist. Theresa has always been the heart of that store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've met some really nice people there in the past two years I have been going there. I would highly recommend this store. Great location, largest CVS in the area, and has a great selection in the store.

Good luck trying to get a real person on the phone. Constantly get VM and no call back. Doesn't seem like there's even an option anymore to have the line ring, just straight to VM.Drive thru service is fine, sometimes the line is long and sometimes it isn't. Main reason for 2 stars is trying to call and speak to someone about a prescription.

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is slower than molasses and customer service is poor. Taking my business to a neighborhood Walmart pharmacy.

Do not use this pharmacy, not only are they, including the pharmacist, extremely rude but something very nefarious is is going on !!! I was one of 3 people there today trying to pick up a prescription for pain medication. All 3 of us had been there for the third day in a row and were told they were out but they refused to let us know by phone or text. I get a text on other prescriptions that I will be pulling, every time but not on this. Could they be selling this on the street, I don't know ?!?

The staff is uncommonly competent and coordinated. There were 3 people helping clients when i went, it seemed to be a traffic heavy day but they were quite impressively juggling tasks and communicating with each other. It was enough that i was moved to write a review, if you're on the fence, just choose this location.
