My Dr called in 3 prescriptions before I left office and I received a text from CVS they received my order. They were ready in about an hour. This is the only CVS I use in my area. Always efficient!

The staff at this CVS have always been easy to work with. Most times I use the CVS app to check on prescriptions and it need be I call the staff at the store.

I'm really not sure about any of the other reviews that give a lower rating to this particular CVS. I only have to visit every three months, but I can honestly say I have always had a good experience. The pharmacists that coordinate everything are overwhelmed at times, and that's understandable. I get it. All of you want your drugs! But the fact that they go out of their way to find people discounts, have prompt refill service, and are customer focused should be enough for most people. I have seen people berate them because of some kind of problem with their insurance. I stood behind a lady that was so amped up about her medication that she didn't even stop whining when the other pharmacist came over to say that her insurance I finally sent over whatever it was. She just kept complaining. When it was my turn, I said, "I won't be nearly that difficult." The pharm tech smiled. That irritated Karen did not.

Love this CVS. There is a Walgreen's closer to where I live but I would much rather drive a couple of extra minutes to come here. The pharmacy techs are always super nice and friendly. Last time I filled a prescription, when I called about it and talked to whoever answered the phone he asked if my insurance was still the same. I said no, I lost coverage so I'll just pay out of pocket. He asked me to please hold for a minute and when he came back he told me he had found a coupon for my medication and applied it to the cost. It ended up being slightly less than what I paid when I still had health insurance. I was just super impressed that he took the time to voluntarily find the coupon for me (I was prepared to go in with a good RX coupon which I think is what he found for me as the price he quoted and what I paid was the same as what I had looked up on the app).Not a lot of places these days will have people like that, who go out of their way for you when you didn't even ask in the first place. They have my business forever.

Automatic phone service had me waiting to speak with CVS pharmacist for over 24:00 minutes telling me every few minutes that it would be a few moments and thanking me for my patience. Husband called on another phone and the message announced that they had closed. Grrrrr!

I have used this pharmacy for 5 years now. No issues have come up that cause concern. They are friendly and take the time to understand your needs.I love the location as I can do all my shopping at once. To date I have seen so many people yelling at the techs about price and wait time, but never about actual service.

Terrible service overall. I really want to like the location, and there are a few great staff members, but too many times I've been treated disrespectfully. Frequently out of common medications. I will no longer be using their services and advise others to look elsewhere.

The store has new carpet but needs to be vacuumed badly. And parking lot has a lot of trash in it too. Shelves inside need stocking!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. when in to store and talked to on of the techs who had no idea what she was was talking about and then she got nasty with me. Then when i asked to talk to a pharmacist (who also had this major attitude for no reason) and explained the situation, she then calmed that she heard the whole conversation and said it was appropriate. If being rude, nasty and acting like you know everything before i even tell you my name is "appropriate" then i will will not be coming back here.
