Kendall was absolutely great. I have an older machine that usually gets the job done but was having image issues. He was able to help me when no other company had the time of day for me and he was quick about it! Absolutely a great company, glad to know there are people keeping good older machines running well. Pricing was very reasonable! Thanks again!

Dallas printer repair was phenomenal. Customer service excellent. My HP printer was not working and within minutes he had the printer up and printing. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend.

Talked to a tech by the name of Kendal (sp?) and he was the most helpful person I have talked to in a long time. Most people won't give you the time of day but he sacrificed his time (with no monetary benefit) to help me. Thank God for people like Kendal!!!

My dad dropped off a printer for repair and waited for 4 months. They emailed to say it was ready and when he went to pick up the printer it was nowhere to be found. They lost the machine and would not offer a refund. It’s horrible that a business would take advantage of the elderly!!! DO NOT GO HERE. Will be reporting them for theft.

Had a very poor experience here. Dropped my printer off 6 months ago. Just needed the front screen repaired. Said they would order the part, quoted 350, paid for it, 9 months later they returned the printer back to me saying the job was done and completed. The job wasn't done. They didn't repair the screen. Has been a total mess with no communication, no updates, and resolution. Really frustrating experience with this company

Unfortunately or maybe fortunately for not having to deal with Levi Imaging because is no way nobody answers the phone or reply back to emails. I want to order a part from them for my printer and send a total of 2 emails that never got a reply back also I stop in person at their place and left my info with Jhon and guess what, never received a call or email back from nobody. I got probably lucky since I do not want to spend my money in a business that maybe will not be serious about customers and give me a decent turnaround time or so. By far I hope they can improve the communication with customer service in my case since I can't talk about their skills as tech since they do not have to perform a repair in my case. As a business owner, I hope they will fix the customer experience asap.

This is my second time to use Levi Imaging Group. Both times they were very matter of fact and professional. Their fees were fair and their turn around time was short. There's not much to dislike here. I hope I don't have any more printer problems but if I do, I will definitely go back to them!

I was having my printer repaired two weeks ago, they told me it will be fixed in 5-7 days but zero notification until I went to store today and I was told that printer is not repairable with NO REFUND!!Terrible experience
