We just had to visit a Doctor near this Hotel and were very nervous of what the results were going to be. I can not believe how awesome this staff is. I am not ever choosing another Hotel. By far the cleanest and best staff ever! I am so impressed by all of the amenities and staff. Thank you!

I just called to confirmed my reservation. I asked the operator to transfer me to the front desk of this hotel. Rebecca, from the front desk is very comforting, professional and knowledgeable on what she does. When I have my procedure - injection at UTSW Dallas or Frisco, we always use this hotel. Yes, they are both 20 to 30 minutes away. With traffic possibly 1 hour or 1 1/2 away.
It’s a top notch customer service.
Hope they will stay this way. Rebecca, Thank you very much for always valuing your guest 24/7. The last time I was there for treatment, she helped me look for a specific tea that I prefer at the dining hall. Thank you for always helping us during check in and other things Rebecca. Truly appreciate it.

First off Gabriel at the reception gave off such an Alfred energy that it made me feel like Bruce Wayne. Props to Gabriel, thank you sir.
This place has the above standard breakfast! Rooms had everything! Great gym for a light morning wake up workout! For the rate they charged, well worth for what they provide to the customer. Breakfast and dinner with alcohol!? How does this total make money, provide for the customer and keep their employees happy!?
Thank you Drury and Gabriel for the non working Batman experience!

I've stayed at this property multiple times, and this is my overall impression:PRO:+ Friendly staff always greets you with a smile upon arrival.+ Easy covered drive to get to lobby for check-in.+ Always impressed with Drury properties with everything they have to offer. Great breakfast! Amazing kickback hour in the evening with plenty of food to cover your bases for dinner. Always enjoy the three included drinks daily during kickback.+ Rooms have always been spotless and quite, even with it being close to the interstate.+ Free access to onsite parking garage is a big plus for this property. Never know when a random hail storm will come through.+ My kiddos enjoyed the rooftop pool! A very unique attribute to this property, but be sure to bring sunscreen, as it is outside.+ Restaurants and shopping close by (short drive / long walk), which is great when you're trying to settle down for the evening and don't want to travel into the city.CON:- Unless you have been there before, you might miss the turn getting to the property. It's a few quick turns off the interstate, so be ready.Overall, having stayed here for business and pleasure, it has been a great property to stay at. I could see myself making another family trip to the Dallas area and staying here for a fun-cation. Wish Drury would start building on their lot here in Oklahoma City so the family and I could do a stay-cation here sooner than later.

Our power went has been out at my home and office for over 85 hours now here in Dallas. I got so tired of chasing wifi at cafes and libraries for my school work, so I decided to book a room here at the Drury Richardson.I can't express how much I've enjoyed myself here. The staff here is wonderful, and the 5p kickback is a cherry on top. The free drinks and food they serve is such a perk, and several others seem to enjoy it. The early check-in is so worth it and the amenities are wonderful. The gym, the pool, the laundry room, restaurant, overall location, and the secure parking garage. All so wonderful.The rooms are spacious, super clean, and beds are comfy. I will definitely be back here soon for a selfcare regimen.Special thanks to Carlos for being such a wonderful host in a crazy time.

Excellent location, great rooms, friendly staff. The parking garage was nice. Several options in the included breakfast. Depending on your room there is some traffic nose but I'm not a light sleeper so it was not a problem.

We were originally staying in a 4 star hotel downtown and had family staying in this hotel. We left our downtown hotel to stay at the Drury plaza in Richardson due to the staff being so friendly and helpful! And the area felt so safe to stay in. This hotel offers free tea, coffee and fizzy soft drinks 24hrs of the day! They also served snacks and cocktails at 17:30 all completely free! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel actually felt like a 5 star hotel, and we’ll definitely be staying again. Wanted to say a massive thank you to Aaron (the manager), Michael and Carlos, you all made our stay so special! We appreciate you guys so much. ?

Will NEVER go back.....Would NEVER recommend ! Reserved 1 room for 5 nights, after 14 hour drive arrived at 11pm to find we only had 1 night at the agreed price, a second night would be for 45% more, and no rooms available for the rest of the week, despite our reservations. Stayed the night and got reservations at the Hilton for the rest of the week ( at the agreed upon price ).Rooms: Room was great. Location was great.Night Manager was an A**H***.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good with great selection.

The hotel is located right off the freeway - which makes it convenient to travel to & from attractions. The parking garage was gated and secured. The hotel offered complimentary hot breakfast and dinner along with free soft drinks, coffee and water. The complimentary popcorn made for a good mid-day snack. Our rooms were clean and we were provided with plenty of hygiene items. Most importantly, the service was truly exceptional. Every employee (front desk, cook, custodian) who I spoke to was kind and respectful. It's evident that they take pride in their occupation and work together to maintain the hotel's appearance.

Let me start by saying this hotel should be a 5 star hotel! I travel a lot and this is by far one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s 23:35, I’m still checked in and writing this review. The staff have been amazing, hospitable, kind, helpful. They’ve literally been perfect! I get know two reviews will be the same, but I can’t fault my stay here. Aaron the assistant general manager, Desmond and Carlos, Cory who serves our drink at lunch as well as all the other staff have been amazing. Thank you!
