Over and beyond accommodating! I would love to thank Michael for helping us out the most. My travels wound up being delayed and I called the hotel to push out my arrival time. Something happened and my reservation was cancelled due to me being hours late. Michael was immensely helpful in getting my room back easily. He made it so easy and was so kind throughout the whole process.I was in town for a class and it was super close to the location, three's a ton of food close by, and it was an incredible experience overall. I'm so appreciative for the service and experience overall.

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Drury Plaza is BEAUTIFUL and super clean. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful, floor to ceiling windows. Even though it is located right off the freeway, I could not hear any traffic and my sleep was not at all interrupted. The beds are comfortable and the sheets crisp. And to top it all off, I was delighted to wake up to an included breakfast buffet. There was so much variety and the food was delicious!I will be back and recommending this hotel to all my family and friends passing through the area.

Let me start by saying that the hotel looks nice, new, and clean. Breakfast was good though quite crowded on Sunday morning. The bed was comfortable and the staff were professional and courteous. The problem is the paper thin walls. The first morning I woke up hearing my neighbor snooring, no big deal it was 6am anyway. But there was constant noise from the highway and slamming doors that rattle the walls. All of this was annoying but tolerable. But at 2am on my second night, I was woke up by a woman full on screaming and talking dirty for 45 minutes straight as her and her partner went at it without any shame or concern for other guests. All I can say is that I'm glad I didn't have any kids with me and I hope the families that did have kids were far enough away to not have to hear it.For the past 20 years I have stayed in hotels 50+ nights a year. And aside from being bitten by bed bugs, this is my worst experience. Needless to say I won't be returning.

The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and inviting, and the extras that they provide are amazing for being so budget friendly. This experience has ensured that anytime we travel we'll look for a Drury property.

I was there a Monday and Tuesday. Had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast for my stays. For dinner they give 3 free drinks per adult. The food was self served. I took mine to the room mostly. I did not expect how good the food was going to be. The biggest issue was the tv, I couldn’t airplay on add my streaming account.Rooms: Room was clean and quietFood & drinks: So much free food. The drinks aren’t amazing but you can’t expect too much for 3 free drinks per day.

We stayed 6 nights at Drury Hotel, and here are some review on my stay, I just want to honestly indicate the Pros and cons based on my stay and expectation, and comparing to other hotels, I gave 4 Stars.Pros :Very nice staff, great welcome and perfect explanation about hotel and facilities.Rooms are clean, no odor.Free Breakfast was good, standard and same as similar hotels, waffle, pancake , scramble egg, potato, and a flat sausage, cereal , but no milk butter there were vegetable butter, Jam, Honey, and fruits, apple, banana. There is free Soda machine ( Coke, Sprite, etc…) , and Tea and coffee , and popcorn in the lobby which is absolutely a plus.Nice evening dinner ( 5:30 to 7:00 PM) , with free three alcoholic drinks for everyone per day, really a nice Plus. I liked the pulled pork, and the baked potato and the soup. hotdog was also a nice choice but of course not so healthy.Hotel private parking was a good plus , you can enter the parking with the room key and it is so convenient to access the room by elevator to the rooms.Awesome and Rapid Elevator, so quick which reduces the waiting time.Gym : was good , limited space, I used the treadmill and the weights.Washers : there are coin washers in the 6th floor which is a plus and awesome.A/C: No issue, was a quiet AC, only the problem was that it directly blow the air to the bed, which is sometimes not pleasant.TV: hundreds of channels. but no Netflix.USB and Socket beside the bed , is nice and comfortable for charging the cell phonesFree WIFI : fast and very easy connect.Cons:Noise : although the view of the room number 1007 was so nice, but is so noisy , despite the double sided glasses still the noise of the cars is too much , and disturbing. some motorcycle or laud car noises may wake you up in the mid night. be prepared for that if you are sensitive to noise.Bed: Our bed was King size but I felt it is a little short in length, because I am not a tall man, ( I am 5.64) but my foots were at the end of the bed when i was sleeping!! , and I don't like soft mattress , and I usually like firm mattress. so the pillow and bed were not comfy for me.Room Cleaning : during 6 days , room cleaning happened only two times, but the room was clean in acceptable level. No cotton swab in the room, usually hotels have them in the roomNo wine glass or any glass in the room, only two paper coffee cups.No room's light control beside the bed, so you had to turn of the room lights manually by their switch, beside the room door.I didn't have the chance to use the Pools and hot tub, they were in 6th floor, but I saw people with their outside complete dirty dress inside the hot tub which means their dress completely was washed in that hot tub water and contaminated the water , so as I don't like to put my body in their washed dress water!! didn't have any interest to use it. may be I recommend to add a rule to use the pool and hot tub with only swim suit.It is not prestigious for a nice hotel to have broken toaster for breakfast ( which costs only 20 or 30 dollars to buy.The walls of Private Parking is recommended to be painted, to look like a hotel parking. Cement looking walls makes some different sense.I hope my review can help people to see what is the hotel details, or good as a feedback to hotel management to correct some of the cons to improve their hotel.

Great place to stay when visiting daughter at UT Dallas. Happy hour 5- 7:30 every night with drinks and appetizers. Rooms super clean and great hot breakfast too.Rooms: Very neat. Has microwave and fridge but no freezer. Walk in shower. Stayed on 14th floor and water was hot fast.Nearby activities: Close to UTDallas and will give a discount for UTDallas guests. Down the street is a sports bar and a Loatian/Thai food restaurant that is really good. Can walk there from hotel.Food & drinks: Has a bar with pizza and hamburgers and basic drinks. Happy hour with free drinks and appetizers for guests staying.

Where to start!?!?! Check in staff was friendly and went over any concerns or questions, a huge difference from speaking with Drury reservation and customer service staff, this departments can definitely take pointers from the hotel staff. The Drury in Richardson was located off the freeway and one had several ways to access the hotel. Upon arriving you are greeted by the nice clean lobby area and check in clerk will tell you of their breakfast and kick off receptions. You are provided a ticket for free drinks. The garage parking is clean and some levels have an elevator on the same floor so you can easily get to your room. We enjoyed the heated pool and the view. This is a hotel we will definitely stay at again!

Clean, roomy, and cost-effective. Not much more you can ask for. Has a really neat parking garage to protect your belongings. Lobby is very nice and open. Breakfast, no problems. Excellent and fresh selection of standard breakfast items (pancakes, waffles, eggs bacon, bread, etc.). If price doesn't increase, this'll be my go-to hotel from now on.Rooms: Very clean and roomy. Air con worked great and no bad smells.Safety: Like the parking garage so less chance of being broken into.Food & drinks: Breakfast was solid. Waffles are great and eggs too.

I have stayed here twice so far and plan to be back. Entire hotel is clean and neat! Even the visible mechanical areas are organized! You can tell that maintenance is a priority here. Everyone is very helpful and polite. Breakfast is good and the evening reception is enjoyable. This is one of Drury's best properties. Rebecca at the front desk was ready to take care of our details and I don't think I ever saw the night manager Aaron sitting still... He was always helping or cleaning. Kelvin was also very personable and ready to serve at the bar.Safety: Secured parking garage

Great location. Clean room. Nice breakfast.Only complaints are that you can hear road noise (we were on the 10th floor), and could hear the sounds of other doors unlocking and closing.Breakfast was good, amenities are nice, and the location can't be beat.

The Richardson tx Drury hotel, their staff is amazing. They do a really good job in customer service and attentiveness. If you run in to a small problem like coffee creamer being out they address it immediately and it's resolved in under a minute. The staff is amazing. The amenities are good. For instance the pool area is on the 6th floor on top of garage. Has pool and Jacuzzi, even though it closes at 10pm the staff is flexible but firm in the best way" hey guys this area is closed but I'll give you 15 minutes" it's respected and we move out on that good faith. The free breakfast and dinner is mediocre at best, however you can create many different options so you dontburn out as fast. The kitchen bar staff is amazing, their food is better than the free food BUT it's a convenient commodity. I like the pizza (meat lovers and buffalo chicken) but it's not for everyone. They have a 24 hour self serve convenient store that you pay at front desk. I was expecting it to be a rip off but it was beyond reasonable and a lot of items to fit your needs i.e. nail clippers, hot pockets, beer, chip, frozen meals all at very reasonable prices, they won't stuff you here . If your considering for personal stay it's awesome., if your considering for corporate needs it's convenient and covers basic needs. Staff does a great job to make sure your experiences are positive, they are flexible of you respect their policies. Great place overall. Would totally recommend to private consumers and businesses.
