Want to thank Aaron for his exceptional customer service. I'm a service advisor at a Richardson car dealership. Had a customer come in to our dealership for a possible transmission concern w his vehicle one mid-day afternoon, but was not able to assist him due our volume @ that exact time of the day. I called Aaron @ Eagle Transmission Richardson, explained the situation & asked if I could refer the customer. Aaron said YES, and come to find out, was able to help the customer AND, fix his concern w a very minor repair, almost immediately, saving the customer big $$$! Go see Aaron should you have any Transmission issues or concerns, and if you want honest, trustworthy service!

Aaron handled my repair great! I have a 2012 suburban that needed a new transmission. The process with Eagle Richardson was so smooth. Don’t get scammed by other non certified shops, go see Aaron at Eagle Richardson, you won’t regret it!

I posted a review and I’m not sure what happened to it but here goes again the shop is a rip off they change their story weekly it took them 8 months to rebuild a Chrysler 2.7 we drove it 12 months first long trip and the motor went out 10 more months and they couldn’t fix it so they told me to remove it from property don’t make this mistake they contacted me and gave me their usual run around promise what ever deliver nothing the only way they could possibly have a rating higher than one is to pay a service to boost it only a fool would ever step foot in this place

Excellent customer service, was well informed through out the whole process, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family and I will be coming if I have any other transmission issues with any of my vehicles.
