Let me tell you…if you’re in Richardson, TX you need to lodge at the Element!!! What comes with your stay is unmatched! Daily breakfast, spirits, cheese & olives, and tea in the evening…CRAZY!!! Not to mention the black out blinds in the rooms so you can sleep how long you want to. Overall the stay was top notch. Definitely the place to be if you want to impress.
P.S. Janina and Jason (Management) runs a great organization here. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.

While it's a decently nice hotel with great receptionists and even a complimentary happy hour, it baffles me why I was just woken up at 8:30am by house keeping entertaining my room. Checkout isn't for a couple hours and when I called prior to the trip, I was told an early check in couldn't be promised. Definitely a bit early and not the ideal way to wake up on the final day of my trip.

I have stayed at so many hotels in my life including resorts and the Ritz. This was, by far, the best experience. The staff is amazing! We actually only came because power was knocked out in our home for several days but it was a blessing from God!This place is OUTSTANDING! They have happy hour at 5:30 serving beer, wine, cheese, bread and olives! They have a tea time at 8 serving detox, unwind and relax herbal teas served in clear kettles heated by tea lights (such a vibe). They also have a wonderful breakfast that serves healthy options for everyone, including a cook who serves egged, tostadas w/ avocado & beans, and frittatas.They also have an amazing coffee station and fresh fruit infused water.I was offered an umbrella during my stay because there was a storm and raining super hard. The rooms are cute and minimal with a microwave and fridge/freezer. I LOVED THIS PLACE!1000000000000000000000000000000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Truly an incredible property! Modern, clean and the facilities are way beyond fantastic value. The breakfast is amazing and healthy. The rooms have a sink, filtered water, fridge, FREEZER, microwave and a spacious wardrobe. I could live here! The staff are friendly, lovely, and chill. And the free coffee machine in the lobby has fresh coffee beans, decaf, AND hot chocolate. Truly one of my all time favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at ?

This is definitely a nice hotel. Rooms are clean, elevator is quick, staff is friendly and the walls are thick. Yes I some times hear other guests stomping around but the TV's are big and even limit the volume at night but that is a good thing. I can sleep peacefully if I want to. I have spent a whole week here for training and still have days left but this is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have been at.Safety: You definitely need your key card to get in the building.

After my first night, I strongly considered changing hotels despite booking for two nights. Room 227, my assigned accommodation, was marred by noisy neighbors above me. Their activities, including flushing toilets and dragging furniture, disrupted my sleep at 5 am. Despite reaching out to Bonboy chat, no immediate resolution was offered except the assurance that the noisy neighbors would depart in the morning. When I voiced concerns about noise from above or plumbing issues, I was directed to contact management. Additionally, my laundry was sent out, but I wasn't informed until I called and was instructed to retrieve it from the reception myself. While the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, the limited selection left much to be desired. I suggest extending a rain shelter in the lobby to alleviate the inconvenience of uploading luggage during inclement weather. Also not sure why a room for disability was assigned to me !

Ive never stayed at an Element before and i cant wait to stay at more! Ive been here 2 weekends in a row for ball games and have loved my stay. From front desk, amenities, bedding/comfort, homey rooms, breakfast, amazing coffee lattes in the lobby, and heated outdoor pool. Love this type of hotel

Modern, contemporary, great value hotel. The room was squeaky, clean, spacious, and with everything I needed - including filtered water at the sink! The motion sensor lights inside the closet were fancy. Good breakfast spread. Happy hours in the evening. Coffee available all day. Close to office spaces and restaurants.
